Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect Of Intermedicinal Moxibustion And Acupuncture At Huatuo Jiaji Point In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome(Deficiency Of Kidney Yin And Yang)

Purpose:this study used medicine partitioned moxibustion on the umbilicus combined with acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji point to treat perimenopausal syndrome of kidney yin and yang deficiency type.Through the combined treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome were alleviated,the quality of life of patients was improved,and new ideas were provided for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:60 recruited patients were randomly divided into two groups,the isolation effect of the umbilicus combined acupuncture hua tuo clip ridge point method group(experimental group),30 cases every drug moxibustion group(control group),30 cases of umbilical method,Once a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3 courses,record two groups different treatment of Menopause rating scale,MRS score andMenopause-Specific Quality of life,MENQOL score,The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:the experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of improved Kupperman scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in China.There is a significant difference in the overall therapeutic effect between the two groups.The total effective rate of moxibustion with navel separated by drugs combined with acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji point is 93.33%,which is higher than that of moxibustion with navel separated by drugs(80.00%).Moxibustion with navel separated by drugs combined with acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji point is superior to moxibustion with navel separated by drugs alone.Conclusion:The method of herbal moxibustion at umbilicus combined with acupuncture at Jiaji point in Huatuo is effective in treating perimenopausal syndrome of deficiency of kidney and yin and yang.Comfortable and worthy of clinical use.
