Clinical Study Of Traction Repair In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective:By observing safety and clinical efficacy of traction repair method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation accompanied by lumbar spondylolisthesis,so as to provide an effective,safe and simple method for the effective treatment of lumbar disc herniation accompanied by lumbar spondylolisthesis and popularize this method.Methods:A total of 80 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation accompanied by lumbar spondylolisthesis from December 2021 to December 2022,according to the random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with routine acupuncture and traction repair method,once a week for traction repair method;the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment and traction,conventional traction once a day,6 times a week.The two groups of conventional acupuncture were consistent in the selection of needles,acupoints,piercing angles and depths,6 times a week.Both groups were treated with 1 week as a course of treatment for 2 weeks.After two courses of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation score(JOA)and overall clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:1.Intra-group comparison:VAS score and ODI score were decreased after treatment,while JOA score were increased in both groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and ODI score of the observation group decreased more significantly,and JOA score increased more significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Overall efficacy comparison:After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.11%,which was higher than 81.58%of the control group,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traction repair has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation accompanied by lumbar spondylolisthesis.Combined with acupuncture,it can effectively reduce pain and improve lumbar function,which has certain promotion and application value in clinical practice.
