Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis By Combination Of Heiyunxiang-4 Medicinal Liquor Smear Therapy And Acupuncture Therapy

objective:This test passed the comparison Mongolian medicine prescription Heiyunxiang-4 medicinal liquor medicinal wine smear therapy combined with acupuncture treatment and simple massage therapy combined with acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis,To explore the clinical efficacy and advantages of Heiyunxiang-4 medicinal liquor in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis and Advantages lay the foundation for further in-depth research.method:Select 80 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who met the diagnostic criteria of Mongolian and Western medicine from the Rehabilitation Department(inpatient+outpatient)of Hulunbeier Mongolian Medical Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022,and randomly divide them into two groups,40 in the control group and 40 in the treatment group.The control group received simple massage therapy combined with acupuncture treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Mongolian medicine prescription Heiyunxiang-4 Medicinal Liquor medicinal wine smear therapy combined with acupuncture treatment.H-B facial nerve paralysis classification and FDI facial disability index were performed before treatment,on the 7th day after treatment,and on the 14th day after treatment in both groups,and the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared based on this as the main efficacy standard.Results:①The basic data(age,sex,affected side,time of disease)of the two groups of patients before treatment were similar,and the result of statistical analysis was P>0.05,which was not statistically significant,and had the value of participating in the test;②The scores in the two groups(before and after treatment)were significantly improved,and the result of statistical test was P<0.05,with statistical significance;③Comparison of efficacy scores on the 7th day after treatment:there were significant differences between the two groups in H-B facial paralysis grade and FDI(FDIP and FDIS)facial disability index(P<0.05);④On the 14th day after treatment,H-B facial paralysis grade and FDI(FDIP and FDIS)facial disability index were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:This clinical study shows that both simple massage therapy combined with acupuncture therapy and Heiyunxiang-4 Medicinal Liquor rubbing therapy combined with acupuncture therapy have good clinical efficacy in treating peripheral facial paralysis.but the Mongolian medicine prescription Heiyunxiang-4 Medicinal Liquor wine smear therapy combined with acupuncture treatment has the advantages of controlling the disease,shortening the course of treatment,simple and safe in the acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis.
