Purpose:The peripheral facial paralysis is department of Neurology common, frequently-occurring disease,may occur in any age,sees in the winter and the summer.This sickness morbidity is sudden,sees by one side face morbidity. The clinical multi-performance are:contracts the side face muscle to be numb, the paralysis,prefrontal veins vanishing,the eye fission largen,eyelid closed not entire,reveals the eyeball to burst into tears,the nose palpal gutter shoal,the ptosis of labial angle to the healthy side,cannot knit the brows and reveal the tooth.This article observes the acupuncture medication combination treatment to the cold-type peripheral facial paralysis acute stage clinical curative effect,and tries to state its mechanism.Method:Initially sieves the qualified diagnosis 60 examples to divide into the treatment group and the control group each 30 examples stochastically for the cold-type peripheral facial paralysis patient.The treatment group uses the acupuncture medication combination treatment,acupoints:Yangbai,Taiyang,Sibai,Jiache,Dicang,Yingxiang,Yifeng,Hegu,Zusanli.The Chinese medicinal formulae is:quanxie 5g,jiangcan 10g,baifuzi 5g,fangfeng10g,qianghuo10g, mahuang 10g,zhigancao10g.The control group uses the pure acupuncture treatment. Two group of patients treat for one month,carries on the curative effect evaluation.Uses House Brackmann which the fifth international facial nerve surgical department seminar recommends the H-B facial nerve function appraisal hierarchy system to carry on the curative effect evaluation.Results:1.After one month treatment,the efficiency of the treatment group is 96.66%.2.After one month treatment,the efficiency of the control group is 86.66%.3.Has the significance difference after the T-test two group of patient curative effects(P＜0.05),The treatment group surpasses the control group. 4.Examines two group of patients after the binomial distribution to cure rate has the significance difference(P＜0.05),The treatment group surpasses the control group.Conclusion:1.The acupuncture medication combination treatment and the pure acupuncture treatment have the good clinical curative effect with the therapy to the cold-type peripheral facial paralysis acute stage patients,but the acupuncture medication combination treatment surpasses the pure acupuncture treatment obviously with the therapy,the curative effect is remarkable.2.The acupuncture medication combination treatment has the healing rate high superiority with the therapy,and the security economy,the operation are simple, the poisonous side effect is small,can be used as cold-type of peripheral facial paralysis in acute phase of a more effective application of therapy.
