| Objective: Through follow-up observation of the improvement of TCM symptoms,clinical recovery and changes of serological indexes after taking Buxue Yixin Decoction in patients with chronic heart failure with deficiency of Qi and blood combined with iron deficiency anemia,the advantages of TCM Buxue Yixin decoction in promoting prognosis recovery of chronic heart failure and improving iron deficiency anemia were discussed.To provide a new TCM treatment scheme for the treatment of chronic heart failure with deficiency of Qi and blood combined with iron deficiency anemia.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic heart failure with deficiency of qi and blood combined with iron deficiency anemia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received standardized Western medicine treatment and iron sucrose injection for chronic heart failure,and the treatment group was additionally given blood-replenishing Yixin decoction The observation period was 12 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom score,cardiac function grade,6MWT,NT-pro BNP,MLHFQ,Hb,SF and other medical indexes before and after treatment were compared to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,chronic heart failure course and underlying diseases between the two groups,showing clinical comparability.The comparison results of observation indicators are as follows:1.The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.The total scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).In terms of individual scores,palpitation,shortness of breath,dizziness,fatigue,pale complexion,dry mouth,spontaneous sweating,insomnia and pale lip nail color were significantly improved in the treatment group compared with before treatment(P<0.01);In the control group,the symptoms of spontaneous sweating and insomnia did not improve in the scores of symptoms before and after treatment(P>0.05)and other symptom scores were improved(P<0.05),and treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,Hb and SF levels were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01);After treatment,the improvement of Hb level in the treatment group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05),the improvement of SF level in treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).4.There were significant differences in NT-pro BNP and 6MWT between the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01);After treatment,the improvement of 6MWT in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01),the improvement of NT-pro BNP level in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.The overall effective rate of improving cardiac function was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.The improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group.The improvement of MLHFQ in the treatment group was better than in the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of safety analysis: No adverse reactions and iron hypersensitivity occurred in the two groups during and after treatment.Conclusion: TCM blood replenishing Yixin Decoction has a good effect on patients with chronic heart failure with deficiency of Qi and blood combined with iron deficiency anemia.It can better improve the symptoms of palpitation,shortness of breath,dizziness,fatigue,pale complexion,dry mouth and pale lip nail,improve the symptoms of spontaneous sweating and insomnia with poor western medicine treatment effect,and reduce the total score of TCM symptoms.Compared with Western medicine alone,Buxueyixin decoction can better improve cardiac function grading,increase 6MWT distance,reduce MLHFQ score,improve NT-pro BNP and SF indexes,and no changes in Hb levels have been detected in patients.Buxue Yixin Decoction can improve the quality of life,activity ability and prognosis of patients,and the drug is safe,worthy of clinical application. |
