The Clinical Observation Of Self-made Prescription Buxin Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure With Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Buxin Decoction in treating chronic congestive heart failure with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and to provide a new feasible scheme and idea for TCM treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods: 60 patients who met the criteria of syndrome type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with standardized Western medicine according to Western medicine guidelines,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for 4 weeks.Laboratory examination indicators,imaging examination indicators,symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were collected for scoring and statistical comparison.Results:(1)In terms of general data,the age,gender,grading distribution of heart function and grading distribution of TCM syndromes before treatment were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)In terms of cardiac function efficacy,the overall cardiac function of the two groups was improved after treatment,and the total effective rate was 89.66% in the experimental group and 66.67% in the control group,respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(3)In reducing the level of NT-pro BNP,after treatment,the overall level of NT-pro BNP in the two groups of patients were significantly decreased(P<0.01),the experimental group compared to the control group decreased more(P<0.05).(4)In terms of LVEF improvement,the overall LVEF level of the two groups was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(5)In terms of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate was 96.55% in the experimental group and 80.00% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).(6)In terms of the overall improvement of TCM symptoms,the total scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the scores in the experimental group were more significantly decreased than those in the control group(P<0.01).(7)In terms of TCM single symptom efficacy,the scores of TCM single symptom in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of six single symptoms of fatigue,chills,facial edema,abdominal distension,spontaneous sweating and cough in the experimental group decreased more than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Buxin Decoction fully grasps the etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of patients with heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic congestive heart failure.Compared with simple western medicine treatment,the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with Buxin Decoction is more effective in improving the cardiac function status,NT-pro BNP level and TCM symptoms of such patients(especially fatigue,cold limbs,facial edema,abdominal distension,spontaneous sweating,cough).There was no obvious adverse reaction.
