| ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Wenyang Lishui Decoction on chronic congestive heart failure of heart and kidney yang deficiency type dilated heart disease,aiming to provide a more valuable program for clinical treatment.MethodsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,from April 2018 to December 2019,36 patients with chronic congestive heart failure diagnosed with heart and kidney yang deficiency type dilated heart disease were diagnosed in the second cardiology department of the Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Adopting self-control before and after,give Wenyang Lishui Decoction treatment,one dose a day,two times a day,half an hour after breakfast and dinner.Efficacy evaluation was carried out after 4 weeks,and the TCM syndrome scores,heart function classification(NYHA),6-min walk test,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Lee’s heart failure were compared with those of patients after 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks after treatment and before treatment.Score,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)results,test the patient’s blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,serum liver function and kidney function before and after treatment,and observe the changes.Results1.The curative effect of TCM symptoms: two weeks after treatment,compared with before treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms is significantly improved,P<0.05,there is a significant statistical difference;four weeks after treatment and two weeks after treatment,P<0.05,yes Significant statistical difference.Compared with before treatment,after two and four weeks of treatment,single TCM symptoms improved significantly,p<0.05,with significant statistical difference;after four weeks of treatment,compared with two weeks of treatment,palpitations,chills,cold limbs,and asthma on the move There was no significant difference in the three symptoms,p>0.05,and the five symptoms of shortness of breath,edema of facial limbs,oliguria,abdominal distension and nausea were significantly improved,with significant statistical differences,p<0.05.2.Heart function classification(NYHA): After two weeks and four weeks of treatment,the heart function was significantly improved compared to before treatment,with significant statistical difference,p<0.05.After four weeks of treatment,compared with two weeks of treatment,the significant rate was significantly improved,with significant statistical difference,p<0.05;the total effective rate was not significantly different,p>0.05.3.Lee’s heart failure score: After treatment,the effect of heart failure is significantly improved than before treatment.Compared with the treatment for two weeks,the effective rate was significantly increased after four weeks of treatment,with a significant statistical difference,p<0.05;after four weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was significantly increased than before the treatment,with a significant statistical difference,p<0.05.4.6min walking test: 6min walking distance increased compared to before treatment for two weeks and four weeks of treatment,p<0.05,with a significant statistical difference;compared with two weeks of treatment,6min walking distance for four weeks was higher than before treatment The improvement is more obvious,p<0.05,with significant statistical difference.5.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF): Compared with before treatment,there was no significant improvement in LVEF at two weeks of treatment,p>0.05,no significant statistical difference;LVEF at four weeks of treatment was significantly improved than before treatment,p<0.05,There are significant statistical differences.6.N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP): After two weeks of treatment and four weeks of treatment,the NT-pro BNP value was significantly improved compared to before treatment,p<0.05,which is significantly different from the second week of treatment.Compared with before treatment,the NT-pro BNP value was significantly improved after four weeks of treatment,p<0.05,with significant statistical difference.7.There are no abnormal changes in blood,urine,stool routine and liver and kidney function of the treated patients,and no adverse reactions occur,indicating that Wenyang Lishui Decoction has good safety.Conclusion1.Wenyang Lishui Decoction is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure of heart and kidney yang deficiency type.2.Wenyang Lishui Decoction can strengthen the heart function by reducing the detection value of nerve terminal brain natriuretic peptide and increasing the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),etc.,with less adverse reactions,not only can ensure the efficacy,but also has better safety. |
