Research On The Embedded Integration Of Medical And Nursing Care In Nanyang

In recent years,health services for the elderly have continued to grow along with the trend of population ageing and the change of demand structure for elderly services,which made the rate of population ageing is much higher in Nanyang than that of the province and other fellow parts.In the face of increasing number of slow-witted elderly people without self-care capacity,how to support the elderly has become a major issue that has an inescapable impact on the sustainable and stable development of society.Therefore,medical and elderly care integration has been regarded as a rational choice for both the nation and individuals to meet the demand for elderly health care.The integration model of medical and nursing care has gained a lot of useful experience in the process of practice currently,but problems exist inevitably.In view of this situation,efforts should be made to stimulate deeper integration of"embedded" medical and health care,which contains new ideas that can effectively mitigate the impact of an ageing population.That is how we can not only make full use of primary medical resources to provide timely and effective services for the elderly,but upgrade their health level and life quality to enhance the well-being and happiness of the senior group.By using literature research,field survey,qualitative analysis and other social research methods,taking theories of embedding,hierarchical demand,welfare pluralism and healthy aging,as guiding direction and theoretical support,it analyzes the current practical plight of the embedded medical and nursing care integration model in Nanyang City via data survey combined with related literature and policy documents.And it has been found that there are four major obstacles,including the embedded model encounters operational stagnation,the lack of professional nursing talents,the fragmentation of management responsibilities,and the unbalanced service supply structure.Reasons are mainly attributed to unstable income operation,unsound talent cultivation,imperfect policies and regulations,and inadequate supervision and management.Meanwhile,suggestions can be proposed based on local reality,taking into account meaningful experience of other national and foreign regions to promote the orderly and reasonable development and continuous reform and improvement of embedded medical and nursing care integration in Nanyang.First,optimize selection mechanism of the embedded mode for medical and health care integration.It requires selecting the embedded mode independently.Embedded medical and health care complex is a good way to explore local resources to create local characteristic brand of medical and health care integration.As well as enrich the content of medical rehabilitation services.Second,coordinate policy guidance and supporting measures,that is how we can build a long-term funding mechanism and linkage management system for medical and health care integration.Third,build professional talent reserve for embedded medical and nursing care from the perspective of talent training and incentive,so as to alleviate professional personnel shortage.Fourth,formulate industry specifications for embedded medical and nursing care institutions and services.Besides,clear threshold restrictions for nursing care qualifications and design a standardized income level and reasonable compensation mechanism.Fifth,promote new technological application in the embedding field of medical and nursing care,especially cloud computing and Internet of Things,to help combined medical and nursing services more informative and smarter.
