Objective:To explore the efficacy of Xiaoyao Shukun decoction combin ed with acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory d iseases of qi stagnation and blood stasis,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases. Methods: Seventy patients with lower sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases because of qi and blood stagnationwere randomly in treat-group(n=35)and con-group(n=35).The treat-group was treated with Xiaoyao Shukun decoction combined with acupuncture, and the control group was treated with Kunfukang capsule combined with acupuncture for 4 weeks.TCM symptom score, local sign score,VAS score of pelvic pain, pelvic blood flow,C-reactive protein(CRP),plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were observed.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the clinical efficacy of the two schemes in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Results:(1)In comparison to the healing impact, the treat-group rate was65.7%,and the overall usable rate was 93.8%.The change was clinically important(P﹤0.05)when weighed against the con-group.(2)Compared with the curative effect of TCM syndrome, the effective rate of the treatment group was 31.3%,The top rate was 37.5% in instance, with a cumulative appropriate price of 96.9%.The control group’s top rate was 9.3%,whereas the very tax rate was 43.8%.,the total effective rate was 96.9%,and the overall effective rate was 87.5%.After statistical treat,P﹤0.05 indicated that the gap was clinically meaningful. The grade of TCM disease in the con-group beforehand but after surgery was reduced in comparison to the TCM disease group before medication, and the variation was right.(P﹤0.05).TCM syndrome-score in the treat-group was lower than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).In comparison of the single result of TCM symptoms in the treat-group and con-group,The TCM syndrome score in the cont-group was lower before and after treat(P﹤0.05).(3)Compared with the scores of local signs, the scores of local signs in the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.01).In the treat and con-groups.Following treatment, the treat-group’s score of local signs was lower than the control group’s,and the result was right(P﹤0.05).The individual local signal scores in treat-group and con-group were less than con-group(P﹤0.05).The disparity from a to b was large "uine sensity" and "left adnexal thickening" in the treatment group after treatment(P﹤0.05).(4)The score of VAS scale, the VAS score of the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment(P﹤0.01),and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P﹤0.01).(5)Pelvic effusion, after treatment, the pelvic effusion of the two groups decreased significantly(P﹤0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05)..(6)CRP,FIB and ESR in the treat-group were less than con-group(P﹤0.01),CRP,FIB,and ESR were considerably lower in the therapy group than in the con-group(P﹤0.05).Conclusions:Xiaoyao Shukun decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammation caused by blood stasis. It can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score, local sign score,VAS score, pelvic effusion and serum CRP,FIB and ESR level. The treated group had a greater healing impact than the normal control.
