Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Gastrodia-Gouteng decoction in the treatment of mild stroke patients with excessive intravenous thrombolysis time window of wind-phlegm stasis, and to provide clinical syndrome differentiation basis and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan. Methods: This study will conform to the conditions of 60 patients, randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional medical treatment, the treatment group was added with Gastrodia-Gouteng decoction, the control group was added with butylphthalide soft capsules, the course of treatment was 2 weeks. The patients were evaluated according to the TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,Barthel index scale before and after treatment,to explore the clinical efficacy of Gastroma-Gouteng decoction in the treatment of mild stroke patients with excessive intravenous thrombolysis time window of wind-phlegm stasis type.Results:(1)This study was included 60 patients, all of whom completed clinical trials.(2)There was no statistical significance in gender, age, previous history, smoking and drinking history of the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score: No statistically significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome score before treatment(P >0.05),which was comparable.Compared with before treatment, syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in efficacy between them after treatment(P < 0.05).(4)NIHSS score: There was no statistical significance in NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable. The NIHSS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the curative effect was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, which could reduce the NIHSS score and promote the recovery of neurological function.(5)Barthel index: Two groups of patients before treatment Barthel index distribution had no statistical significance(P >0.05),which was comparable. The daily living ability of both was improved. And the efficacy was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between them(P > 0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group could improve the daily living ability and the quality of life of patients.(6)Neurological function recovery efficacy: According to the reduction rate of NIHSS score, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher(83.33% VS 56.66%,P < 0.05),and the effective difference was statistically significant.(7)Integral efficacy of TCM syndrome: The total effective rate of the treatment group was86.66%,and that of the control group was 56.66%.There was a statistical significance between them(P < 0.05).and the curative effect of the treatment group was better.(8)Safety: No adverse reactions such as dizziness, headache, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, rash, subcutaneous hemorrhage occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:(1)Gastrodia-Gouteng decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of mild stroke patients with wind-phlegm stasis type and excessive intravenous thrombolysis time window.(2)Compared with the control group,Gastrodia-Gouteng decoction can significantly reduce the NIHSS score and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with mild acute stroke.(3)Compared with the control group,Gastrodia-Gouteng decoction can obviously improve the syndrome of wind phlegm and blood stasis.(4)Gastrodia-Gouteng decoction can improve patients’ ability and quality of daily life.(5)Gastrodia Guoteng decoction is a safe and effective prescription.
