| Objective:Through the intervention program of Baduanjin exercise for pre-hypertensive people,observe the changes of blood pressure,anxiety,depression,BMI,sleep quality,quality of life and clinical efficacy of pre-hypertensive people,preliminarily evaluate the effectiveness of Baduanjin exercise in pre-hypertensive people,explore its mechanism of improving quality of life,and provide more reference and basis for clinical decision-making,Provide a convenient,effective and healthy exercise therapy for people with pre-hypertension.Method:The 76 patients with prehypertension in the Health Management Center and the Clinic of Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group,the control group was given routine health education,and the experimental group was given health education combined with Baduanjin exercise,and the intervention was 12 weeks.The baseline data of the two groups were compared before the intervention and the changes in blood pressure levels,BMI,depression and anxiety scale scores,quality of life scale scores,sleep quality index scores,clinical outcomes and TCM syndrome scores were compared after 12 weeks.Result:A total of 76 subjects,38 in each group,were included in this study.66 subjects were enrolled,of which 2 were dislodged in the control group and 8in the experimental group,for an overall dislodgement rate of 13.15%.1.Pre-intervention comparison: No statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,height,blood pressure,anxiety,depression,sleep status and quality of life(P>0.05),comparable.2.Comparison of curative effects after intervention:In terms of blood pressure,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of blood pressure reduction in the control group and the experimental group were 66.67% and 90.00% respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement in blood pressure was more significant in the experimental group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)in terms of TCM symptom scores;the total clinical efficacy rates of the control group and the experimental group were 83.33% and 93.33%respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was superior in terms of TCM symptom scores and clinical efficacy.In terms of anxiety scale scores,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group with the Baduanjin exercise intervention was more significant in terms of anxiety status between the two intervention programmes.In terms of depression scale scores,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both intervention protocols improved depression,and the improvement was more pronounced in the experimental group.In terms of sleep quality scores,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both intervention protocols improved sleep quality,and the improvement was more significant in the experimental group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)in terms of quality of life dimension scores,indicating that the experimental group with the Baduanjin exercise intervention was more prominent in terms of quality of life dimensions between the two intervention protocols.For BMI,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing the two groups within the group and not statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing the two groups between the groups,indicating that the two regimens were consistent in terms of BMI and had similar efficacy.Conclusion(s):The use of Ba Duan Jin exercises in pre-hypertension can effectively improve BMI,blood pressure,anxiety,depression,sleep,quality of life and clinical outcomes in people with pre-hypertension,which is worth further popularization and promotion. |
