Study On The Fine Management Of Logistics In Public Hospital

With the development of society in recent years,people’s requirements for hospital services are no longer limited to the medical level,and the requirements for medical logistics services are growing.How to improve the satisfaction of hospital logistic service is becoming one of the important issues concerned by hospital logistic management.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC made it clear that China has shifted to the stage of high-quality development.The National Health Commission issued the Action for Promoting High-quality Development of Public Hospitals(2021-2025).Hospital logistics,as an important support for the development of medical undertakings,is an inevitable trend of development with its refined management.Fine management is a scientific and reasonable principle,in order to save resources,improve efficiency,reduce costs and improve competitiveness for the purpose of management means.By introducing refined management means,the logistics department of public hospitals can improve the efficiency and quality of logistics management,reduce logistics costs and play a positive role in the high-quality development of hospitals.In recent years,the fine management of hospital logistics has been paid attention to and vigorously promoted by health management departments at all levels.As the main place for children to visit the Children’s Hospital of Soochow University,the fine management of logistics is particularly important,the fine management problem of the hospital is particularly typical and prominent,and the fine management of the hospital has also achieved remarkable results in practice.Taking the Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University as the research entry point,this paper uses literature research method,interview method and questionnaire method to study the fine management of logistics in the Children’s Hospital affiliated to Soochow University.The study found that the Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University improved the level of fine logistics management and the satisfaction of logistics service by setting up a one-stop service platform,promoting PDCA management system,and promoting logistics information management.The study also found that the hospital logistics fine management of the main problems:work layout and planning,command and guidance is not detailed enough;the upstream and downstream of the work flow,the connection between the work unit is not smooth;Lack of awareness of cost control and inadequate implementation of responsibilities;The staff structure is not reasonable and the development mechanism is not sound enough.The main reasons for these problems include the imperfect fine management system,the insufficient attention to hospital logistics management,and the incomplete logistics cost supervision and assessment mechanism.By referring to the advanced logistics management experience and methods of hospitals at home and abroad,and with the help of public products,new public services,PDCA cycle and other theories,the paper further puts forward the solutions to the logistics fine management of public hospitals:Implement the concept of refined logistics management;Promote the refinement of management system and assessment mechanism;Smooth organization and standardize working process;Improve the cost evaluation mechanism and strengthen the cost fine management;Sorted out the working process,optimized and improved the service process.The purpose of this paper is to further improve the level of fine logistics management of public hospitals through the research on the fine management of public hospitals,improve the satisfaction of patients and their families in hospitals,and lay a theoretical and practical foundation for improving the service quality of public hospitals in Suzhou and even the whole country.
