Study On The Refined Logistics Management Of Maternal And Child Health Care Hospital In N City

Fine management is not only an important choice for enterprises to deepen the management reform method and improve the management level of enterprises,but also has a very significant positive effect on hospital logistics management.Especially for public hospitals,most of our public hospitals are general hospitals,the business scale of the hospital is relatively wide,the operation and management of the business departments are very miscellaneous.In order to ensure the stable operation of hospital departments,hospital logistics support is particularly important.However,many public hospitals do not pay attention to the logistics service management,which leads to the hospital logistics service in the extensive service management state for a long time,which has formed a large adverse impact on the operation of various business departments and the sustainable development of the hospital.The application of fine management can refine the hospital logistics service management,improve the efficiency of hospital logistics management,and better play the important role of hospital logistics services.In order to improve the efficiency of fine management of hospital logistics and improve the level of logistics service,this paper combined with years of practical experience in the hospital logistics department,taking N City Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital as an example,first of all,the use of literature methods and other related concepts and theories of fine management and hospital logistics fine management were qualitative analysis.Secondly,through the investigation and understanding of the information related to the logistics department of N City Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,the basic situation of N City maternal and Child health care hospital and logistics department was summarized,including the human resources of the logistics department,department operation mode,logistics cost management.At the same time,on the basis of previous studies,this paper designs the satisfaction evaluation questionnaire and interview outline of hospital logistics fine management by referring to ACSI system and CCSI system.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper summarizes the existing problems and reasons of logistics fine management in N City Maternal and Child Health Hospital at the present stage.Conclusion: Based on the fine management theory,PDCA cycle theory,and the problems and reasons of the logistics fine management of N City Maternal and Child Health Hospital,this paper proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions and positive safeguards from four aspects of the logistics fine management system,fine cost management,logistics service process and logistics personnel management.Through the comprehensive study on the refined logistics management of N City Maternal and Child Health Hospital,this paper hopes to provide positive reference for the refined logistics management reform of the hospital and the optimization of the logistics service management of other public hospitals.
