Citespace Knowledge Map Analysis Of Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: Based on Cite Space software,to analyze the knowledge atlas of the literature in the field of percutaneous transforaminal microscopy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and to display the research status,present the research hotspots and research frontiers in this field by analyzing the literature distribution,hot authors,hot institutions,and hot keywords in this field,so as to provide certain reference for clinical workers and scientific researchers.Methods: The literature data of this study are from the journal databases of CNKI and Web of Science(WOS).Cite Space software was used to analyze the data in the literature on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous transforaminal mirror technology published from January 1,2012 to December 31,2022.The analysis methods include statistical analysis,co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis and emergent analysis.Results:(1)The number of published articles in the CNKI database in this research field was 1133,which was higher than that in the WOS database.The number of published articles in both databases began to decline after rapid growth.(2)There are many research teams formed in the CNKI database in this research field,among which the research teams with Li Tao,Xu Feng and Zhang Tonghui as the core have the largest number and the most close cooperation.The WOS database has formed a situation where the He,SS,Fan,GX,Zhou,Y,Li and CQ research teams in China,Kim,HS,Choi,KC,Kim and JS research teams in South Korea,Telfeian,AE,Fridley,J,Jsaper and GP research teams in the United States coexist with other research teams with a small number.(3)In the CNKI database of this research field,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Binzhou Medical College,Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.have issued many papers,and there are small-scale cooperation between domestic institutions.In the WOS database,Tongji Univ,Seoul Natl Univ,Brown Univ Capital Med Univ,Southern Med Univ,Catholic Univ Korea,Leon Wiltse Mem Hospital sent many papers.There is some cooperation between international institutions.(4)China,South Korea and the United States have the leading number of papers in this research field,indicating that these countries pay more attention to this field and may promote the development of this research field in the future.(5)At present,the relevant research in this field is relatively comprehensive,and the hot research involves the following aspects: anesthesia mode,auxiliary treatment,special type of LDH,curative effect,complications,special patients,surgical approach,and scientific research methods.Conclusion(s):(1)The number of published documents in CNKI and WOS databases in this research field has declined after rapid growth,indicating that this field has entered a stable development stage.(2)In this research field,the CNKI database has formed the research team with the largest number of people and the most close cooperation with Li Tao from the affiliated hospital of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Xu Feng from the Central Theater General Hospital and Zhang Tonghui from Wuhan672 Hospital as the core;He,SS,Fan,GX,Zhou,Y,Li and CQ research teams in China,Kim,HS,Choi,KC,Kim and JS research teams in South Korea,and Telfeian,AE,Fridley,J,Jsaper and GP research teams in the United States have been formed in the WOS database.The above research teams may be more active in this research field in the future.(3)In the CNKI database of this research field,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine have the leading number of papers;In the WOS database,Tongji Univ in China,Seoul Natl Univ in South Korea,and Brown Univ in the United States lead in the number of documents issued.It shows that these institutions have invested more energy in this research field and have made certain academic achievements.(5)At present,the relevant research in this field is relatively comprehensive,and the hot research involves the following aspects: anesthesia mode,auxiliary treatment,special type of LDH,curative effect,complications,special patients,surgical approach,and scientific research methods.
