| Objective: Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)is the most prevalent and clinically common among all types of cervical spondylosis,and has seriously affected the daily work of the majority of patients.The electronic medical records of inpatients who met the first diagnosis of neurogenic cervical spondylosis in Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 1,2019 to September 1,2022 are collected,and the conservative treatment methods and rules of treating neurogenic cervical spondylosis in Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are analyzed through data mining technology to summarize the treatment ideas and analyze the treatment effects,so as to provide further treatment of neurogenic cervical spondylosis in our hospital It provides objective evidence-based medical basis for clinicians in the further treatment of cervical spondylosis.Method: Electronic medical records of inpatients who met the first diagnosis of neurogenic cervical spondylosis in Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 1,2019 to September 1,2022 were collected,and those who met the criteria were screened by inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the conservative treatment measures and efficacy in the electronic medical record database were retrieved to establish the database with the compliant electronic medical records as the study subjects.The data were standardized and categorized,and the statistical tools such as SPSS Modeler(18.0)software and TCM Heritage Assist Platform(V2.5)were used to describe the count data as percentages,and frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were performed on the conservative treatment of herbal prescriptions and acupuncture points.regularity and efficacy.Results: 1.Basic situation analysis: In this study,there were 247 medical records meeting the criteria of this study,including 87 males and 160 females;45 cases in the age group of 20-45 years old,166 cases in the age group of45-70 years old,and 36 cases in the age group of 70-95 years old.2.Treatment measures and efficacy analysis: In this study,conservative treatment was used 1281 times,among which the highest frequency of western medicine was 245 times.The highest correlation confidence was "Western medicine-scalding";the results of conservative treatment showed that there were 127 cases of cure,69 cases of significant effect,32 cases of effective,and 8 cases of ineffective;there were 102 conservative treatment plans in total,among which "Western medicine-scalding-bruising wine-mud moxibustion " There were 22 cases with the highest program.The treatment plan with the highest cure rate was "Western medicine-scalding-bruising wine-mud moxibustion",with a cure rate of 68.2%.3.Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine: In this study,a total of 111 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were searched and screened,involving 170 herbal medicines,with the highest frequency of use being Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma)for 84 times;the sexual taste is mostly sweet and warm,and the main meridian is the spleen meridian.The highest frequency was 54 times for the " Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma)-Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix)" combination;based on the entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,16 core drug combinations and 8 new prescriptions were obtained.3.Acupoint analysis: 82 medical records were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion acupoints,with a total of 478 acupoints and 94 types of acupoints;the highest frequency was 34 times for Fengchi,and the highest frequency was 34 times for Da Loom-Fengchi.The highest confidence level was found for the association combinations of "Da loom-Fengchi","Zhong Yu of the shoulder-Fengchi" and "Bai Lao of the neck-Fengchi".Conclusion: 1.The spinal surgery department of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine during September 1,2019-September 1,2022,the records of neurogenic cervical spondylosis were significantly higher in women than in men,mostly distributed in the middle-aged and old-aged stage.2.The conservative treatment of this disease in our hospital is mostly combined with Chinese and Western medicine,mostly with western medicine,scalding therapy and bonesetter,and the commonly used treatment measures with a higher degree of association confidence are "Western medicine-scalding therapy","scalding therapy-bonesetting wine","Western medicine-bonesetting wine","Western medicine-scalding therapy-bonesetting wine " The highest clinical cure rate of the conservative treatment plan "Western medicine-scalding-bruising wine-mud moxibustion".3.The high-frequency drugs of Chinese medicine for this disease are Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma),Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix),Huangqi(Astragali radix);the taste of Chinese medicine for this disease is mainly sweet,the medicinal properties are mainly warm,and the meridian is mainly spleen meridian,and it takes into account heart,liver and kidney meridians.The highest confidence in the treatment of this disease is the combination of "Niuxi(Achyranthis bidentatae radix)-Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix)",which reflects the fact that the treatment method of Chinese medicine for this disease in our hospital is mostly based on activating blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis,promoting menstruation and relieving pain,and nourishing the liver and kidney.4.The "Da loom-Fengchi","Shoulder middle Yu-Fengchi",and "Bai Lao-Fengchi" are the most reliable treatment measures,reflecting the fact that the acupoints in our hospital are mostly used for the treatment of this disease.The main acupoints of this meridian are mainly Yang meridians and are combined with extra-meridian points for comprehensive
