Based On Bibliometrics And Data Mining,this Paper Discusses The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: 1.Based on the bibliometrics method,with the help of Cite Space software,this paper analyzes the external characteristics of the qualified literatures on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)by traditional Chinese medicine,and reveals the research hotspots and development trends in this field.2.Based on the method of data mining,with the help of SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 software,this paper analyzes the internal characteristics of qualified literatures in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine,and summarizes the law of prescription and medication,so as to give full play to the advantages of data mining and provide certain reference value for the treatment of CAG by traditional Chinese medicine.Method: 1.Using computer to search the literatures related to the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine in four domestic public databases,such as China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP Database and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),and using Note Express software to screen the literatures according to the external characteristics of the literatures.Using Citespace software,the authors,institutions and keywords that were finally included in the literature were co-analyzed,and the keywords were clustered,emergent and time-clustered,and related network maps were drawn to realize the visual analysis of the included literature.2.The literatures that meet the external characteristics of the literatures were included,and the literatures were screened according to the internal characteristics of the literatures.Excel software was used to make statistics on the prescription name,syndrome type,traditional Chinese medicine,efficacy and tropism of nature and taste of the finally included literatures,SPSS Modeler18.0software was used to analyze the association rules of traditional Chinese medicine,and SPSS Statistics 27.0 software was used to make cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: 1.2631 articles on CAG treated by traditional Chinese medicine were included,and the results of external characteristics analysis showed that:(1)the number of published articles showed a stable trend;(2)There are 355 journals involved,among which 65 articles in Clinical Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine rank first,and 11 of the top 18 journals are core journals;(3)Duan Yongqiang wrote 20 articles,ranking first in the number of articles published by authors;(4)109 papers were published by Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province.2.Analysis results of 331 articles on CAG treated by traditional Chinese medicine with internal characteristic standards:(1)The main etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are spleen and stomach weakness and poor circulation of qi and blood,which leads to accumulation of pathological factors such as heat toxin,blood stasis and phlegm toxin.(2)Spleen-stomach weakness is the most common syndrome type,and the treatment is based on invigorating qi and strengthening spleen,which is often supplemented by clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and eliminating dampness according to different causes.(3)A total of 333 prescriptions were included,involving 229 kinds of Chinese medicines:(1)The total frequency of use was 3807 times,and 46 were ≥17flavors.The top 10 were glycyrrhiza,atractyloides,poria codonopsis,Tangerine peel,white peony root,Astragalus membranaceus,Zedoary turmeric and salviorrhiza.The most frequently used drugs were supplementing deficiency.(2)The four Qi were mainly warm(40.9%),cold(29.3%)and flat(25.03%).Bitter(32.23%),sweet(29.64%)and sweet(26.23%)were the main flavors.Spleen(25.13%),lung(17.3%)and stomach(17.26%)were the main channels.(3)The core drug combinations of the association rule were atractylodes-Glycyrrhiza,atractylodes-Radix astragalus,Poria cocos-Atractylodes,Codonopsis-glycyrrhiza,atractylodes-tangerine peel,and Codonopsis-Atractylodes;(4)Drug cluster could be divided into 7 categories,cluster 1: Atractylodes atractylodes,poria codonopsis,licorice,codonopsis codonopsis,pinellia pinellia,tangerine peel,codonopsis codonopsis,codonopsis codonopsis,pinellia pinellia,codonopsis codonopsis,pinellia pinellia;Cluster 2: Radix paeoniae alba,bupleurum bupleurum,Fructus aurantii,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Fructus aurantii,Angelica sinensis,Radix aconitum Radix;Cluster 3: Astragalus,cassia branch,ginger,yam;Cluster 4: dried ginger,jujube,Coptis chinensis,Cornus officinalis,scutellaria scutellaria,Rhizoma corydalis and panax notoginseng;Cluster 5: dandelion,Fructus aurantii,Magnolia officinalis,malted barley,Radix japonica,Hawthorn and Cuttlebone;Cluster 6: Ophiopogon ophiopogon,Dendrobium dendrobium,Radix pseudostellariae and Radix Formosa;Cluster 7:Schistoderma schistoderma,Pogostemon patchouli,Herba coix,Herba Curcuma,Salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion: 1.External characteristics of the literature: The research on the treatment of CAG with traditional Chinese medicine shows a stable trend as a whole,and the research areas are scattered.The research institutions are mainly universities of traditional Chinese medicine and affiliated hospitals,and there is no significant regional.The research of this disease has gradually shifted from the single treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.In recent years,the research hotspotsare mainly network pharmacology,adverse reactions and inflammatory factors.2.The internal characteristics of the literature: From the prescription law,strengthening the spleen and invigorating the stomach is the fundamental method.The drugs are mainly used to strengthen the spleen and invigorating the stomach,and the drugs are mainly used to warm,cold and flat,and the taste is mainly bitter,sweet and xin.Overall drug use reflects the combination of cold and temperature,sweet and bitter coexistence,xin open bitter decline and other characteristics.The strongest association rule was Baizhu-Poria Cocos.The prescription was based on Sijunzi Decoction,which was combined with the drugs of clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and dispelling dampness.When regulating the spleen and stomach,take into account the lung and liver,according to the clinical symptoms.In the cluster analysis,the new prescription formed by adding and subtracting Sijunzi Decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder and Banxia Xiexin decoction was reflected.In the future,it has a certain guiding role for the treatment of CAG by traditional Chinese medicine.
