Analysis Of Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease In Recent Ten Years Based On Data Mining

Objective: By sorting out the relevant literature on the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Parkinson ’s disease published in China Knowledge Network in the past ten years,combined with the understanding and discovery of this disease by ancient and modern Chinese medicine doctors,the collected literature is sorted out and systematically analyzed with the help of data mining technology.It is conducive to multi-dimensional and in-depth speculation of modern Chinese medicine on the etiology and pathogenesis of Parkinson ’s disease,the selection of prescriptions and other aspects of cognition,so as to obtain the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the law of medication involved in the treatment of Parkinson ’s disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Through systematic analysis of the results obtained,contact modern clinical.It is expected to provide convenience for the subsequent clinical treatment and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine in Parkinson ’s disease.Methods: The literature on the treatment of Parkinson ’s disease with traditional Chinese medicine published from 2011 to 2021 was retrieved through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).Using the established literature inclusion and exclusion criteria,on the Windows11 operating platform,all eligible literature was numbered using Arabic numerals to obtain the original literature.After sorting,cleaning and standardizing the data of traditional Chinese medicine involved in the literature,the Chinese medicine flavor was entered into an Excel database.The modern medical books take ’ Chinese Pharmacopoeia ’,’ Clinical Chinese Medicine ’,’ Chinese Medicine Processing ’ as the main reference bibliography.The ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine refer to ’ Shennong Bencao Jing ’,’ Zheng Lei Bencao ’,’ Bencao Gangmu ’,’ Huangdi Neijing ’,and establish the database of four qi,five flavors,meridian tropism and drug classification of traditional Chinese medicine and conduct frequency statistical analysis respectively.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 were used for association rule analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1.A total of 1209 target literatures were obtained from CNKI,159 of which were in line with this study.A total of 134 effective prescriptions were collected in the literature,involving 173 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.2.59 kinds of commonly used Chinese medicine with frequency ≥ 8 times,26 kinds of high frequency Chinese medicine with frequency ≥ 19 times and11 kinds of core medicine with frequency ≥ 30 times were obtained.3.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicines were subjected to association rules to obtain a total of 4 groups of drug combinations with confidence ≥ 90 %,namely : Radix Paeoniae Alba-Tianma and Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Rehmanniae and Angelica,Angelica-Atractylodes and Astragalus,Astragalus-Atractylodes and Angelica.4.Cluster analysis method was used to obtain 12 closely related Chinese medicine pairs,which were oyster-keel,Fu Shen-Aconitum,Astragalus-White art,Euzhong-mulberry parasitica,sour jujube kernel-wood incense,oyster-ochre,Schisandra-Ophiopogon,peach kernel-Safflower,cassia-Scutellaria,Cornus officinalis-Chinese yam,fire sesame kernel-Chinese Cypress kernel,Gastrodia elata-Scorpion5.Factor analysis and main component analysis were performed on commonly used traditional Chinese medicines,and 18 common factors were obtained,which were : earthworm,Shijueming,Suanzaoren,keel,Shichangpu,Wuweizi,Danshen,Baizhu,Gouqi,Shanzhuyu,Heshouwu,Chuanxiong,Fuling,Niuxi,Jiangcan,Gancao,Baishao,Shudihuang.Conclusion(s): 1.The main drugs for the treatment of PD are tonic drugs,antispasmodic drugs,blood circulation drugs.2.There are 59 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines commonly used in PD treatment,26 kinds of high-frequency medicines,and 11 kinds of core traditional Chinese medicines.The most commonly used are tonic medicines.The flavor is sweet and warm,which belongs to the liver meridian.Radix Paeoniae Alba is the most frequently used drug.High-frequency drugs have high-intensity correlation when used in compatibility,and are important components of traditional Chinese medicine pairs and prescription compatibility.3.PD is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Deficiency in origin means deficiency of liver and kidney,deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang,which leads to internal movement of liver wind,imbalance of yin and yang,and mutual influence of pathological products such as wind,fire,phlegm,stasis,dampness and toxin.The treatment principle should be based on tonifying deficiency,combined with wind and spasm,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals,activating blood and detoxification,clearing heat and removing dampness.
