A Comparative Study On The Medication Rules Of Headache Prescriptions Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Dynasty Medicine Based On Data Mining

Objective: This topic adopts the method of data mining and the software system of R4.2.1 and Rstudio to summarize the experience of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine in the treatment of headache,analyze and summarize the prescription and medication rules of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine in the treatment of headache,so as to provide some ideas and reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Method: Nine medical books of the Ming Dynasty and seven medical books of the Qing Dynasty were selected.A total of 388 prescriptions containing the indications of headache were included in the literature.Four medical books of the Dynasty during this period were screened and 140 prescriptions were retrieved.Then,the statistics of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized and summarized,and the explanation and theoretical research were supplemented.Results: The top 20 kinds of medicines used most frequently in the treatment of headache were: licorice,ligusticum Chuanxiong,plaster,parsnax,asarum,chrysanthemum,Qianghua,ephedra,Angelica Dahuricae,Pinellia,ginseng,Fructus aurantii,scutellaria,Araceae,mint,poria,atractylodes,mirabilis,prehu and helicanthus,which were the most frequently used in the treatment of headache.The top 20 drugs were: Ligusticum Chuanxiong,parsnip,plaster,asarum asarum,licorice,Angelica Dahurica,Nepeta,Radix echinae,ginger,Angelica sinensis,Pinellia pinellia,Araceae,mint,Rehmannia,scutellaria,atractylodes,ginseng,Radix aconitae,Radix paeoniae radix.Headache disease has a wide range of drugs,mainly three kinds of drugs,respectively: relieving surface drugs,tonifying deficiency drugs,clearing heat drugs.Through cluster analysis,it was concluded that the closely related drugs were composed of 4 cluster prescriptions and 10 common drug pairs in TCM and Dynasty medicine respectively.Conclusions:1.There was no significant difference between TCM and TCM in the treatment of headache.2.In the treatment of headache,Chinese medicine pays more attention to the use of ligusticum Chuanxiong,while Chinese medicine is more inclined to use the combination of antipyretic drugs.Although the same application of a class of drugs,the principles of specific drugs are not the same,such as the selection of antisurface drugs,Chinese medicine more use of parsnip,asarum,qiang live,dynasty medicine is more use of parsnip,asarum,angelica.
