| Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Zhu Lian type Ⅱ exciting acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea-predominan irritable boewl syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,in order to provide effective external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for this disease.Methods: In this study,sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30cases).The treatment group was treated with Zhu Lian excitement type Ⅱacupuncture combined with mild moxibustion,acupuncture and mild moxibustion once a day,five times a week,two weeks as a course of treatment,a total of four weeks.The control group was treated by oral administration of Bacillus subtilis dual-purpose live bacteria enteric coated capsule,which was orally administered three times a day for 4 weeks.the changes of TCM symptoms,efficacy of TCM syndromes,Bristol stool traits,IBS symptom severity scale,IBS quality of life,Self Rating Anxiety Scale,and Self Rating Depression Scale of two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.The research data of the whole project are summarized by Excel and sorted out by SPSS26.0 statistical data processing software,and statistical analysis and processing are carried out.Results:1.In the general data comparison,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age and course of disease(P>0.05).2.Total integral of TCM syndrome: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group decreased more significantly,indicating that the treatment group had more significant effect on IBS-D of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome effect: After treatment,11 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,and 1 cases were ineffective in the treatment group.The total effective rate in the treatment group was98.67%;In the observation group,4 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate in the control group was 83.33%,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Bristol stool character total score: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the total score of stool traits in the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group decreased more significantly,indicating that the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).5.IBS-SSS scale score: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the treatment group(P<0.05).6.IBS-QOL scale score: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of total IBS-QOL scale score and each dimension score(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the total score of the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than before treatment and improved in emotional status,daily activities,health concerns,dietary impact,self-imagery,sexual behavior,and interpersonal relationships compared with before treatment(P<0.05),but not in social functioning(P>0.05).The treatment group had higher efficacy than the control group in the 5 dimensions of emotional status,daily activities,health concerns,dietary influences,and self-imagery after treatment(P <0.05),while there was no difference between the two groups in the three dimensions of social functioning,sexual behavior,and interpersonal relationships(P>0.05).7.SAS scale: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of anxiety in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).8.SDS scale: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of depression in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).9.Safety comparison: no special discomfort or adverse reaction occurred in the two groups during the treatment.There was no obvious abnormal change in the vital signs of the two groups.Conclusions:1.Zhu Lian type Ⅱ exciting acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion and oral Bacillus subtilis live bacteria enteric coated capsule are effective for IBS-D of spleen kidney yang deficiency type.2.Zhu Lian type Ⅱ exciting acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion has more advantages in improving the TCM syndromes,stool characteristics,quality of life,anxiety and depression of IBS-D patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency.3.Zhu Lian type Ⅱ exciting acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion has a small amount of stimulation,which can effectively relieve the discomfort symptoms of patients,and has a good clinical effect,no adverse reactions,and is easy for patients to accept.It is worth promoting in clinical application. |
