Clinical Observation Of Wuling Sishen Decoction In Treating Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang

Objective: To design a randomized controlled trial to observe the efficacy and safety of Wuling Sishen Decoction in the treatment of IBS-D with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang.Methods: Seventy-two patients with IBS-D syndrome of spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency diagnosed and treated in the spleen and Stomach Department and ward of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given Wuling Sishen Decoction.The control group was treated with western medicine "Gold bifidal-Bifidobacteria lactobacillus triplex viable tablets" combined with "Desurte-Piveronium bromide" for 1 month.Symptom score,syndrome element score and overall syndrome efficacy of the two groups were observed,and statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the efficacy.At the same time,systemic physical examination,routine laboratory examination,and follow-up before and after treatment were used to record in detail whether adverse reactions occurred during and after treatment in 2 groups for safety index evaluation.Results:1.A total of 72 patients were included in the experiment,and 67 patients actually completed the experiment,including 33 patients in the experimental group who completed observation and3 patients who fell off,and 34 patients in the control group who completed observation and 2patients who fell off.The total shedding rate was 6.94%.2.Comparison of overall syndrome efficacy: The overall effective rate of Wuling Sishen Decoction in the experimental group was 87.88%,and that of bifidobacteria lactobacillus triplex viable tablets combined with Piveronium bromide in the control group was 85.29%,statistically analyzed(p > 0.05).It is suggested that there is no statistical difference in the efficacy of Wuling Sishen Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome with spleen-kiden-Yang deficiency syndrome and bifidobacteria lactobacillus triplex viable tablets combined with Piveronium bromide in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome with spleen-kiden-Yang deficiency syndrome.3.Comparison of symptom scores: symptom scores before treatment in the experimental group and the control group,p > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;symptom scores before and after treatment in the experimental group,p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;In the control group,symptom scores before and after treatment were statistically significant(p < 0.05).Comparison of symptom scores between the experimental group and the control group after treatment: 1)stool characteristics,soreness and weakness of waist and knee,cold symptom scores of shaped cold limbs,p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;2)The frequency of abdominal distention,abdominal pain,diarrhea,and the score of diet symptoms were not statistically significant,p > 0.05.4.Comparison of syndrome element scores: comparison of spleen syndrome element,nephropathy syndrome element and Yang deficiency syndrome element scores between experimental group and control group before treatment,p > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;Comparison of spleen syndrome,nephropathy syndrome and Yang deficiency syndrome in experimental group before and after treatment,p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Comparison of spleen syndrome,nephropathy syndrome and Yang deficiency syndrome before and after treatment in control group,p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Comparison between the experimental group and the control group after treatment: 1)Spleen disease syndrome,p > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;2)Nephrotic syndrome,p > 0.05,there was no statistical significance;3)The score comparison of Yang deficiency syndrome elements,p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of safety: In the follow-up records of the experimental group and the control group,the patients did not complain of obvious discomfort except for the primary and secondary symptoms of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome,so there were no potential undesirable adverse effects on physiological functions or other obvious adverse reactions within the treatment range during the medication.Conclusion:Wuling Sishen Decoction in the treatment of IBS-D syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency has definite clinical efficacy and safe action,which is worthy of clinical promotion and further mechanism research and verification.1.Wuling Sishen Decoction and bifidobacteria lactobacillus triplex viable tablets combined with Piveronium bromide can effectively improve the symptoms of IBS-D patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang;It has similar effect on ib S-D patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang;2.Wuling Sishen Decoction has better efficacy than bifidobacteria Lactobacillus triad combined with Piveronium bromide in improving fecal traits,soreness of waist and knee and cold limb symptoms;3.The efficacy of Wuling Sishen Decoction in improving abdominal distension,abdominal pain,frequency of diarrhea and symptoms of abstinence from eating was similar to bifidobacterium lactobacillus triplex viable tablets combined with Piveronium bromide;4.Wuling Sishen Decoction and the control group had no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of IBS-D syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang with bifidobacteria lactobacillus triplex viable tablets combined with Piveronium bromide,which was safe and reliable.
