The Data Mining Of Diabetes Mellitus And Diabetic Complications Treatment With The Bupleurum Class Analyzing From The Six-meridian Differentiation

Objective: The six-meridian differentiation has the characteristics of strong generality and wide applicability.Diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications involve multiple meridians,multiple viscera and even all-round multi-symptom lesions of the human body.It is a chronic disease with the main pathogenesis of body weakness and imbalance of qi,blood and body fluid metabolism.The Bupleurum Class has the effects of regulating qi and regulating body fluid metabolism among the meridians.Therefore,the use of Bupleurum Class in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications has research significance,and a large number of clinical and experimental studies have also confirmed its significant effect.In this paper,the theory of six-meridian differentiation is summarized.As well,the medication regularity of Bupleurum Class in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications is explored,hoping to provide reference for the treatment of diabetes based on six-meridian differentiation in clinical practice..Methods: This article mainly uses data mining to collect the medical records and literature research of the Bupleurum Class in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications included in the "Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform Website" developed by the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine Information,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,including Chinese Medical Master,Famous Medical Studio and modern Famous Medical Records included in journals.After collates and screens medical records and literature research,we can excavate the basic prescriptions of the Bupleurum Class in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications,and summarize the medication compatibility characteristics of the Bupleurum Class in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications.Results: After collating and screening,175 medical records and journal literatures were obtained.Through statistical analysis,in the Bupleurum Class in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications,it was found that from the perspective of meridians and four qi and five flavors,the medication mostly entered the liver meridian and spleen meridian,mainly bitter,sweet and pungent taste;from the frequency of commonly used drugs,Bupleurum was often used as the main drug,combined with Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Scutellariae,Poria cocos,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and other drugs;After clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs,five groups of clustering squares were obtained.One is Bupleurum chinense,the other is Scutellaria baicalensis,Citrus aurantium,and Angelica sinensis,the third is Ophiopogon japonicus and Rehmannia glutinosa,the fourth is Chishao and Chuanxiong,and the fifth is Citrus sinensis and Codonopsis pilosula;After association analysis of high-frequency drugs,it was concluded that the core drug pairs were Bupleurum chinense,Paeonia lactiflora,Scutellaria baicalensis,Poria cocos,Citrus aurantium,Chishao,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Salvia miltiorrhiza,and the basic prescription is Xiaochaihu Decoction,Sini Powder and Danggui Shaoyao Powder.Conclusions: 1.Six-meridian differentiation is Zhang Zhongjing’s diagnosis and treatment system combining the syndrome of different response characteristics of the obtained human body with the experience of prescription according to the eight principles theory of "Tang Ye Jing".At the same time,six-meridians differentiation and Wei Qi Ying Xue differentiation,San Jiao differentiation are actually theoretical models to explore the physiological and pathological changes of the human body,and there are commonalities between each syndrome differentiation system.2.Diabetes mellitus analyzing from the six-meridian differentiation is mainly characterized by weakness of the body and metabolic disorders of qi,blood and body fluid.Based on data mining analysis of the medication rules of the Bupleurum Class in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications,it was found that the medication mostly entered the liver meridian and spleen meridian,mainly bitter,sweet,and pungent taste,often with Bupleurum chinense as the main drug,combined with Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Scutellariae,Poria cocos,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,and the basic prescription is Xiaochaihu Decoction,Sini Powder and Danggui Shaoyao Powder.Clinical use of Bupleurum Class in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications according to different syndrome differentiation,the formula ideas can have their own emphasis.
