Analysis Of Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Diabetic Nephropathy Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on data mining,this paper analyzes the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease(DKD)published in Chinese databases such as Wanfang Chinese Medical Association digital journals,Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI.NET),and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(Pulse)in recent 10 years.Microsoft Excel,SPSS 22.0 and other software were used for statistical analysis and processing in the established database,and on this basis,the core drugs and compatibility rules of traditional Chinese medicine for DKD treatment were summarized,hoping to provide more literature basis for clinical treatment of DKD.Methods:By collecting,summarizing and collating literatures on the obvious curative effect of TCM in the treatment of this disease from Wanfang Chinese Medical Association digital journals,China Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and other Chinese databases from January 2011 to December 2021,Microsoft Excel software was used to establish a database for statistical analysis of drugs,properties,tastes and normalization,frequency and frequency analysis of all drugs in each compound,and single Chinese medicine with frequency>25 times in each compound was listed in SPSS 22.0 statistical software for systematic cluster analysis.The high frequency drugs were analyzed,and the compatibility rules and significance of the same cluster drugs were discussed.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of literature,the collected literature was statistically analyzed,and the results were as follows:1.A total of 215 literatures meeting the criteria were screened out in this study,including 227 TCM prescriptions,among which 210 TCM prescriptions were involved,and the total frequency of drug use was 2572 times.Among them,27 herbs were used more than or equal to 25 times,and the top 10 were Radix astragalus(183 times),Poria cocos(125 times),yam(113 times),Cornus officinalis(110 times),salvia miltiorrhiza(107 times),alisma alisma(91 times),Angelica sinensis(72 times),Atractylodes atractylodes(70 times),Rehmannia Rehmanniae(64 times).27 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with>25 times of use,accounting for 65.57%of the total use frequency,were summarized as high-frequency core drugs for the treatment of this disease.2.In terms of drug properties,the most frequently used drugs were flat drugs(736 times),followed by warm drugs(493 times),mild warm drugs(421 times)and cold drugs(413 times).In terms of drug taste,sweet drugs were commonly used(frequency:1674),bitter drugs(frequency:754)and octyl drugs(frequency:635).3.In terms of drug normalization,the total frequency of liver meridian was the highest(1306 times),accounting for 19.58%of the total normalization frequency;the frequency of kidney meridian and spleen meridian were 1188 times and 1173 times respectively,accounting for 17.81%and 17.58%of the total normalization frequency;the rest were lung meridian,heart meridian and stomach meridian in order;Fewer drugs were classified into the bladder,large intestine,pericardium,gallbladder,small intestine and other viscera.4.In terms of drug classification,the highest frequency of use was deficiency tonifying drugs(943 times),accounting for 36.66%of the total frequency,among which qi tonifying drugs(542 times)were the most reused,accounting for 57.48%of the total frequency of deficiency tonifying drugs.The use frequency of blood-tonifying drugs(164 times)accounted for 17.39%of the total use frequency of deficient-tonifying drugs.The main drugs were angelica sinensis,Rehmannia rehmanniae,Paeony,etc.The frequency of Yin supplementing and Yang supplementing followed,131 times and 106 times respectively,accounting for 13.89%and 11.24%of the total frequency of deficiency supplementing.Chinese wolfberry,ophiopogon ophiopogon,inkatha lotus and other drugs were used to supplement Yin.Yang tonic drugs commonly used drugs are:Epimedium,cuscuta,Eucommia,etc.Among the drugs that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,the drugs that promote blood circulation and regulate menstrual circulation(263 times of use)were the most common,accounting for 63.22%of the total frequency of the drugs.Salvia miltiorrhiza,safflower,peach kernel and achyranthes radix were the common drugs.The rest of the drugs were commonly used in the treatment of DKD.5.Cluster analysis results:27 core drugs were systematically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software,and cluster prescriptions for 8 groups of DKD treatment were obtained(the selection distance in the pedigrogram=20.0).The first kind:Gorgon euryale,cherry;The second category:Astragalus membranaceus,salviorrhiza,rhubarb,Earth dragon;The third type:wolfberry;The fourth type:Leonurus,Epimedium;Fifth:Safflower,peach kernel,Angelica,Ligusticum Chuanxiong;The sixth type:Licorice,leech,atractylodes,codonopsis;The seventh category:Rehmannia Rehmanniae,Radix pseudostellariae,Ophiopogon ophiopogon;The eighth type:Alisma alisma,aconite.Conclusion(s):Based on the analysis of the literature research results,the conclusions are summarized as follows:1.In the treatment of DKD,traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on supplementing deficiency,reusing supplementing qi,and combining with supplementing blood,supplementing Yin and supplementing Yang for application.On this basis,it focuses on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,supplementing water and dampness,clearing heat and withdrawing astringent,etc.,in order to achieve the function of treating both symptoms and root causes.2.The most common high-frequency core drugs used by modern doctors in the treatment of DKD are:Radix Astragalus,poria cocos,Chinese yam,dogwood,salvia miltiorrhiza,alisma alisma,angelica,atractylodes alb atractylodes and Rehmannia rehmanniae.3.Drugs to enter the liver,kidney,spleen channel drugs are most commonly used;The selection of drug properties were mainly calm drugs,warm drugs and cold drugs.The selection of medicinal flavor was mainly sweet medicine,bitter medicine and octyl medicine.In the category of drug use,the frequency of use of tonifying deficiency drugs ranked the first place,and the application of tonifying qi drugs was the most frequent,followed by activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating water and exudating dampness,clearing heat and withdrawing astringent drugs.4.The principle of core cluster formula was analyzed,and it was found that all of them were in accordance with the pathogenesis of the disease.It can be considered that the application of the traditional Chinese medicine such as astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,rhubarb,earthworm,Lycium barbarum,Leonurus,epimedium,aconite,atractylodes macrocephala,etc.,considering the characteristics of pathogenesis of DKD,the combination of deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang with blood stasis,turbid toxin and phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals,can warm up the liver,spleen and kidney deficiency damage,invigorating qi and blood circulation tongluo,kidney-strengthening astringent essence,edema effect.
