Investigation On The Effect Of COVID-19 Prevention And Control In Wenjiang District Of Chengdu

With the rapid development of social modernization and economic globalization,human beings are facing more and more risks and challenges.Since the outbreak of SARS in 2003,influenza A(H1N1),Ebola and Zika virus have all threatened people’s lives in the long history of mankind.After the outbreak of COVID-19,the Party Central Committee took epidemic prevention and control as the top priority,and local governments at all levels and districts acted upon the orders,and became the foundation and key force for epidemic prevention and control.However,although the district level local governments have made some achievements in the emergency treatment and management of public health emergencies,there are still differences in medical level and economic development in different regions,and there are also shortcomings in emergency management.Therefore,based on the COVID-19 outbreak,this paper investigates the effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control carried out by district governments.In this paper,Wenjiang District of Chengdu with good medical level and normal epidemic prevention and control effect was selected as the research object.Based on the actual situation of local response to public health emergencies,the effect of its prevention and control work was investigated and studied.The article takes "Investigation and Research on the Prevention and Control Effect of COVID-19 in Wenjiang District,Chengdu" as the theme,governance theory and public crisis management theory as the theoretical basis,and uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey and interview method to carry out this investigation and research.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are introduced,and the status quo of research at home and abroad is found by reading relevant materials.At the same time,the research ideas,related concepts and theoretical basis are determined.Next,the specific design of this research is carried out,including the design of survey purpose,survey hypothesis,survey method,survey object and questionnaire.Then,through data analysis and discussion on the questionnaire and interview records of public satisfaction with COVID-19 prevention and control in Wenjiang District of Chengdu,existing problems were found and reasons were found out,and the research results were obtained.It summarized the shortcomings of the epidemic prevention and control in Wenjiang District,such as imperfect information release mechanism,insufficient application of information technology,and low level of orderly participation of the masses,and then verified the problem hypothesis.Finally,in order to strengthen the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Wenjiang District of Chengdu,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from three aspects:improving the information release mechanism for epidemic prevention and control,strengthening the application of information technology for epidemic prevention and control,and improving the orderly participation of the public in epidemic prevention and control,which would help further improve the level of epidemic prevention and control of the district government.
