Since the 1990 s,our country has gradually entered the process of aging.According to the relevant information from the National Bureau of Statistics,the proportion of the elderly over 65 years old in the total population in China was 8.9% in 2010,and this proportion has risen to 13.5% in 2020,indicating that the Chinese population has shown the characteristics of aging and the aging population is becoming increasingly obvious.Old-age problems are closely related to the healthy development of our social economy,with the rapid development of medical technology and the gradual improvement of the residents’ material living standard,the elderly also hope to improve the quality of old-age services,not only to ensure "maintenance",but also to pay attention to the combination with "medical".In April 2022,the NHC and other authorities jointly issued the Notice on Carrying out actions to enhance the capacity of communities to integrate medical care and nursing care.It pointed out that the elderly with disabilities,chronic diseases and other disabilities should be provided with integrated medical and nursing services,mainly health education,preventive health care,disease diagnosis and treatment,rehabilitation nursing and hospice care,supplemented by daily life care.In this paper,the community as the foothold,hope through to the community,community workers,older people and community medical institutions of on-the-spot investigation,and combining with the relevant leading personnel interview,chengdu,jinjiang district,from the supply side in community medical have combined with the plight of endowment service supply model,put forward to promote the development of community care keep supply model combining optimization path,It has certain reference and practical significance.Around the topic,this paper from the following aspects of research.Firstly,this paper integrates and sorts out the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status and focus of this paper,and then expounds the research ideas and methods of this paper(mainly using three methods: literature analysis,questionnaire survey and data analysis),so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent analysis.Secondly,based on the public goods theory and welfare pluralism theory,an analysis framework of "supply subject-supply agent-supply object" is created and research hypotheses are made based on relevant national and regional policies.The latest data were obtained by questionnaires and visits to the elderly and community workers in Jinjiang District,and analyzed by scientific statistical methods.The results were sorted out and discussed.Finally,according to the discussion results,the countermeasures and suggestions for further optimizing the supply of medical and nursing care combined community elderly care services in Jinjiang District of Chengdu are established from three dimensions,among which the first dimension is the supply subject,the second dimension is the supply agent,and the third dimension is the supply object.
