A Study On The Mode Of Combining Community Medical Care With Old-age Care Service In Nankai District,Tianjin

With the development of the national economy,people realize that the traditional family pension model in China has been unable to adapt to the new social situation,because the family pension model can not make the life of the left-behind and disabled elderly people get good care,medical care combined with pension service came into being.In recent years,Tianjin has a large and growing population of people over 60.Meanwhile,the superposition of population aging,aging,empty nest and family miniaturization magnifies this effect,making it one of the cities with severe aging in China.Therefore,this paper will adopt the methods of literature,personnel interview and systematic analysis,and take Nankai district of Tianjin as an example to analyze the problems of community medical and nursing combined with the elderly service model in Nankai district,and find out the countermeasures to improve the elderly insurance.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the background and significance of this research.On this basis,some research results are summarized by referring to relevant literature,and the main research methods are introduced.The second part expounds the relevant concepts and theories,introduces the connotation and characteristics of the community medical and nursing combined with the elderly service,as well as the relevant theories of the community medical and nursing combined with the elderly service,which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.The third part carries out interview survey to understand and analyze the demand of community medical and nursingcombined with the elderly service model in Nankai region of Tianjin,and analyzes its development status.The fourth part analyzes the defects of the old-age care model in Nankai district of Tianjin and the causes of the problems.In the fifth part,the author draws lessons from the practice of the foreign model of combining medical care with old-age care,and its enlightenment to the model of combining medical care with old-age care in China.The sixth part,aiming at the above problems,further improves the development of community medical-nursing combined old-age service model in Nankai district from the aspects of strengthening the construction of the medical-nursing combined system,improving the professional level of the medical-nursing combined work force,providing the level of hardware facilities and adhering to the market-oriented operation direction.
