Anxiety disorders are prone to recurrence, and traditional medication often has certain side effects, which makes anxiety patients prone to low mood, irritability and low levels of self-acceptance.In the long run,the physical and mental level of anxiety patients will be greatly affected. Therefore, this study attempts to use restrictive group sandplay therapy to intervene the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression and self-acceptance level of anxiety patients,in order to provide more ways for the clinical treatment of patients with anxiety disorders. In this study,20 patients with anxiety disorders who visited a psychiatric hospital from October 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and 20 patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random digital table method, with 10 people in each group.Among them, the experimental group of 10 people is divided into two 3-person anxiety group and a 4-person anxiety group. The experimental group carried out restrictive group sandplay therapy on the basis of conventional drug therapy, twice a week,40-60 minutes each time, for a period of 4 weeks,a total of 8 times;the control group only performed conventional drug therapy as prescribed by advice. Before and after the restrictive group sandplay treatment,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale,Symptom Checklist 90,and the Self-Acceptance Questionnaire were used to measure and the effects of the the intervention were found by within-group and between-group comparisons and changes in sandplay works. The results showed that, first, conventional drug therapy had a therapeutic effect on negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients with anxiety disorders(p<0.05),but had no intervention effect on the level of self-acceptance(p>0.05).Second,restrictive group sandplay therapy combined with drug therapy can not only alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in anxiety patients(p<0.05),but also improve the level of self-acceptance of anxiety patients(p<0.05).Then,restrictive group sandplay therapy combined with drug therapy had a more pronounced effect than medications for negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in people with anxiety disorders(p<0.05).Finally,after eight restrictive group sandplay treatment, the experimental group’s self-image,personal theme, stage changes, common themes, and overall feelings were all transformed into a positive direction. In summary, restrictive group sandplay therapy combined with drug therapy has an intervention effect on negative emotions such as anxiety and depression and self-acceptance level of anxiety patients.Figure 6;Table 9;Reference 57...
