| In 1998,the Blood Donation Law of the People’s Republic of China was formally promulgated and enforced,providing a fundamental legal guarantee.Blood donation in China has developed rapidly for years by the efforts of the health administrative and related departments,blood center,social organizations and blood donors.All blood for clinical use comes from blood donation,but still in a "tight" equilibrium state.The ischemia phenomenon caused by seasonal or emergency events still occurs frequently everywhere.The study on the management of blood donation in Qinhuangdao City can promote the government to manage more scientifically,improve the service system and strategy,create a harmonious and orderly environment,in order to improve the blood donation rate and provide sufficient and safe blood for clinical treatment.In this paper,literature research,investigation and statistical analysis were used to study the management status of blood donation in Qinhuangdao City.Combined with Smith model,the problems include inadequate conditions at blood services,the seasonal and sudden ischemia phenomenon,inefficient coordination of related departments,and weak social cognition of blood donation.The reasons were analyzed from four aspects:insufficient construction of blood services,low level of blood donation service,the lagging policy mechanisms,and the limited publicity and education.Then,it is suggested that we should improve the executive capacity of blood services and service system,explore the state of donated blood check system,improve the policy mechanism construction,and strengthen the whole society’s awareness of blood donation to deal with problems.The exploration of the state of donated blood check system which safeguards the right to Know has certain innovation.The purpose of this study is to enhance citizens’ awareness and satisfaction,provide certain reference for blood services,and to help solve the problems encountered in the management of blood donation in Qinhuangdao City. |
