Institutional Ethics Analysis And Countermeasures Of Hospital Prevention And Control Under The Normalization Of COVID-19

The 19 th National Congress of the CPC made it clear that the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.After the material needs are satisfied,the people pay more attention to public health safety and pay special attention to life and health safety.The disharmonious doctor-patient relationship in China is also a typical representative of this contradiction,which is the concentrated expression of the imbalance between supply and demand.In recent years,China has carried out the top-down medical reform and the revision of relevant laws and regulations based on the relationship between supply and demand and top-level design from the point of view of the people,which has played a positive role in alleviating the contradiction between doctors and patients,improving the medical quality of the people and stabilizing the social environment in China.COVID-19 outbreak in 2020,year of the Rat.The vast majority of medical workers,wearing white coats and carrying armor,went against the tide to fight.The doctors saved the dying and healed the wounded,and the patients trusted each other.Under the weight of the epidemic,the doctor-patient relationship eased and improved,and the relationship was harmonious and warm.However,with the normalization of COVID-19,the lives of most people have returned to normal,and the stock demand for hospitalization has exploded into hospitals.The conflict between doctors and patients has not been fundamentally resolved and has come back to the origin.On the one hand,the doctor-patient contradiction is the concentrated manifestation of the imbalance between medical supply and demand.However,the root cause is the lack of humanistic culture,and the essence of ethics is humanistic science.From the perspective of humanistic science,this paper discusses how to develop hospital system adapted to the normal epidemic situation,improve the people-oriented hospital diagnosis and treatment service system,and provide theoretical support for the connotation construction of public hospitals.Therefore,the goal of this study is to fully apply ethical theories to the development of hospital management system,so as to make the ideal doctor-patient relationship go beyond the limitation of COVID-19 epidemic,re-examine doctorpatient relationship under normal COVID-19 prevention and control from an ethical perspective,and analyze the interest demands and rights claims of both doctors and patients under normal COVID-19 epidemic.To provide institutional guarantee for the construction of a hospital with temperature,feelings and humanistic culture.
