Analysis On The Demand And Influencing Factors Of Community Health Care Services In China

Along with the economical growth,people’s living condition betters off,and needs for various health care services in China’s communities is expanding.Under the grim social context of China’s aging population,how to enhance the quality of life of the elder and make them spend blissful later years is a quite hot research subject.By studying the demand trend of various health care services in China’s communities and accurately grasping the needs of the elderly,it is of significant meaning to promote the physical,psychological and social health level of the old people in China and to establish a health care service system with Chinese characteristics.This paper uses CLHLS data to analyze the need and interfering factors of community health care services in China.Through the analysis of the need for community health care services in China,it is discover that the old people in China have a relatively great need for various community health care services,with different levels of need.The need for health care services is the highest,which shows that the elderly in China attach health;There are area and group diversities in the need for community health and elderly care services in China.Town and countryside elderly groups and special old groups may have various needs for community health care services owing to economic conditions,individual differences and other reasons.Through the analysis and sensitivity analysis of the interfering factors of the need for community health and elderly care services in China,it is discover that personal and family conditions,health conditions,economic conditions,living conditions,social security conditions,and participation in activities have different degrees of impact on the need for community health and elderly care services in China.Based on the aforementioned study,so as to sate the variety needs of the old people and improve their quality of life,this paper,learn from experience of community care in the UK,American health care service,and Japanese health care service,and aiming at the actual situation of China’s community health care service need,puts forward the development countermeasures of China’s community health care service: deepen the understanding of health care and strengthen publicity and education;Provide personalized services for the elderly according to their individual differences;Provide services according to regional differences;Provide diversified services for special groups according to their differences;Actively create an elderly friendly community.
