Experimental Study On The Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Motor Rehabilitation Training On Motor Ability And Quality Of Life Of Stroke Patients With Hemiplegia

Research purpose: In this paper,acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation training and routine exercise rehabilitation training were used to compare and intervene the patients with hemiplegia after stroke,to investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation training on the athletic ability and the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Research methods: From June to October 2022,stroke hemiplegia patients from the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Zibo Ninth People’s Hospital were recruited as experimental subjects.A total of 30 subjects who met the inclusion criteria and experimental requirements were ultimately selected.They were randomly divided into two groups using the Doll’s clinical case randomization table.The control group received exercise rehabilitation training,while the experimental group received acupuncture therapy on the basis of exercise rehabilitation training.Before and after the experiment,indicator tests and data collection were conducted on two groups of subjects,including indicators of motor ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia(simplified Fugl Meyer scale,Berg balance scale,clinical neurological deficit scale),indicators of quality of life(visual simulated pain scale,modified Barthel index),and basic information of the subjects,Finally,SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the experimental data(one-way ANOVA and independent sample t-test)Research results:(1)After comparing and analyzing the basic information such as etiology and course of disease were compared between the two groups of patients.And there was no difference between the two groups of patients before the experiment(P>0.05).At last,the basic information of patients was comparable.(2)Before this experience,there was no significant difference between the simplified Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA),neurological deficit scale(NDS)score and Berg Balance Capacity Scale(BBS)in the combined group and the single kang group(P>0.05).Compared to the single kang group,FMA and BBS scores were higher in the combined group(P<0.05),but NDS scores were lower at that time.(P<0.05)(3)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the modified Barthel index(MBI)scores and visual analogue pain scale(VAS)scores in the combined group and the single kang group(P>0.05).Compared with the single kang group,the combined group had higher MBI scores after treatment(P<0.05)and lower VAS scores(P<0.05).Research conclusion:(1)For stroke patients,both acupuncture therapy and exercise rehabilitation can improve the athletic ability and the quality of life.(2)For stroke patients,acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation can improve the athletic ability and the quality of life better than exercise rehabilitation.(3)The remarkable acupuncture combined with sports rehabilitation is worth promoting.
