The control system of platelet function analyzer using discrete detection technology can realize fast multi-channel detection and significantly improve detection efficiency,forming the ability of mass sample detection and analysis.Focused on the development of operation and information management software of the new analyzer,the key technology of system management and the design and implementation of the system management software for the platelet function analyzer based on multi-channel discrete detection are presented in this dissertation.Analyzer consists of two detection channels and 40 sample channels,after incubation,centrifugal separation operations,the whole blood test samples are detected in discrete mode when the turntable is running under the control of rotary speed and position,each sample is detected based on turbidity method for information on platelet aggregation function.The master-slave architecture based on CAN communication bus is adopted in the analyzer.The control system is responsible for controlling the rotary table for mixing,centrifugal separation movement process,temperature control and movement interval sample information detection and data processing,as well as detection information upload;The management system is responsible for the management and download of test command and test program information,operation management,data management,human-computer interaction,system management and other functions in the measurement and control process,and ensure the reliability and availability of the whole system.Firstly,the characteristics of multi-channel discrete detection and the instrument detection principle are discussed,and the problems and solutions in instrument measurement and control process management are summarized and discussed.According to the safety requirements of multi-channel sample detection operation,the system architecture and key management technologies are designed,including distribution and calculation model of reagent cup position,image monitoring of turntable and reagent cups,reliable and secure management of the system,etc.In view of the instability of subsequent discrete test results caused by the centrifugation of the turntable,the detection data are analyzed with the diffusion theory,and the data change model is established to compensate the error compensation based on time,which improved the detection accuracy and speed.Then,the layered structure design of management software is described based on the requirements of software design,and the specific functions of humancomputer interaction,testing process control,printing service,system reliability management are given.According to the characteristics of batch sample testing,a database management scheme based on capacity is designed to ensure efficient and stable operation of the database.Combined with the characteristics of the analyzer,the principles of four quality control algorithms are presented and the quality control module is designed to meet the requirements of instrument testing quality control.In addition,the event-driven communication model is used to manage the network devices in a unified manner,which reduces the resource consumption.The implementation of this model is presented in combination with the CAN communication and LIS communication of the management system in detail.Finally,the reliability and efficiency of the management software are verified by testing and evaluating the management software.
