Blood platelet function analysis is an important means for effective early warning of blood thrombosis.With the development of clinical diagnosis and treatment,classic single-module platelet function analyzers via continuous whole blood samples are difficult to meet the needs of high-speed and high-performance detection.In order to meet the needs of multi-module parallel detection,the upgrade extension design and development implementation of the software and hardware system of the platelet function analyzer management machine are presented in this dissertation.The multi-module controller coordinates the receiving manager commands and parameter to execute the business process.The system adopts the distributed embedded control architecture based on CAN bus for parallel management,which is divided into management level and control level.The control level refers to four identical independent lower-level control systems,which are responsible for receiving management level commands and completing the detection business.The control system feeds back the execution status and detection results to the management level for processing;The management level performs functions such as human-computer interaction and data processing.Based on the review of the background of platelet function detection and the status quo of detection technology,the technical trend of improving the performance of the analyzer is proposed,and the working principle of the classic single-module analyzer is introduced.,which improve detection efficiency while maintaining system stability;Combined with the requirements and characteristics of parallel detection,the optimal design of the multi-module detection process is given,and the solution to the multi-module interference problem is determined.Then the characteristics of the management-level system hardware platform are analyzed,and the multi-module embedded system platform upgrade plan,the embedded system development environment construction plan and the management machine hardware function expansion plan are designed according to the requirements,and the realization of anti-interference technology between parallel detection modules at the hardware level is given.Then the menu organization form of the human-computer interaction structure is given based on the functional requirements of the software of the parallel detection management system.The system discusses the abnormality handling mechanism of setting optimized detection process from two aspects of single-module independent detection and multi-module parallel detection,and gives the corresponding real-time data processing module design to ensure detection stability and reliability;and the working mechanism of multi-thread task division and inter-module coordination to avoid interference in the multi-module parallel detection system is discussed in detail,and the software realization of multi-node CAN bus real-time communication and data management is given.Then according to the life cycle maintenance requirements of multi-module detection software,the principle of the remote online upgrade scheme of the application program of the management machine and the control machine is discussed,and the realization of the online upgrade of the application program of one or more parallel control level nodes is given.Finally,the system operation test results and performance analysis results are given,which show that the system has realized the basic function design with good stability,high efficiency and operation feasibility.
