| Objective:1.Compile questionnaire: To compile the questionnaire on Knowledge,Attitude and Practice of prevention and control of COVID-19 among community residents and to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of prevention and control of COVID-19 among community residents in the phase of normalized prevention and control.2.Cross-sectional survey: To investigate the current situation of prevention and control of COVID-19 knowledge, attitude and behavior in community residents, and to analyze the influencing factors of prevention and control of COVID-19 knowledge, attitude and behavior,so as to provide reference for the further development of personal prevention and control health intervention strategy for community residents in the phase of normalized prevention and control.3.Application study: The intervention study on knowledge, attitude and behavior of prevention and control of COVID-19 among community residents will carry out to compare the changes of knowledge, attitude and behavior of prevention and control of COVID-19 before intervention and 6 weeks after intervention to evaluate the effect of intervention, and to provide a scientific and feasible intervention method for the future personal control of residents in the community.Methods:1.Compile questionnaire:(1)Through literature research and research group discussion, the questionnaire item pool was formed initially;(2)Two rounds of Delphi experts consultation were conducted to form the questionnaire for testing;(3)Through a pre-survey to modify the content and order of the questionnaire entries to form the formal test questionnaire, after a large sample survey for item analysis and reliability testing to form the final questionnaire.2.Cross-sectional survey: A stratified sampling method was used to investigate the social demographic data of 330 residents in 6 communities of a street in Changsha City and the current status of their personal knowledge, attitude and behavior about prevention and control in the phase of the normalization of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. The current status of knowledge, attitude and practice in community residents was analyzed, and the influencing factors of the overall level of knowledge, attitude and practice was explored by univariate analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.3.Application study: A 6-week health intervention was carried out among 280 effective subjects who completed the above cross-sectional survey using the Wechat public account applied by the research group and a short video health intervention, after 6 weeks of intervention, the survey was carried out again using the questionnaire prepared by our research group.Paired samples t-test was used to compare the differences in the total scores and the scores of each dimension between the community residents prevention and control knowledge, attitude and practice before intervention and 6 weeks after intervention.Chi-square test was used to compare the differences in the correctness of the community residents prevention and control knowledge before intervention and 6 weeks after intervention.Results:1.Compile questionnaire:(1)There were 43 items in the questionnaire about the knowledge, attitude and practice of prevention and control COVID-19 in community residents, including 29 items in the knowledge dimension,5 items in the attitude dimension, and 9 items in the behavior dimension.(2)The total Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.768;the half reliability coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.861;the retest reliability coefficient was 0.884.(3)The content validity index I-CVI of each item level was 0.80~1.00;the content validity index S-CVI of the questionnaire level was 0.941.The load of the item on the corresponding common factor is ≥0.4 and there is no multiple load.According to the lithotripsy diagram,a total of 2 public factors were extracted to explain 67.73% of the total variance,as expected.2.Cross-sectional survey:(1)The total standard scores of the 307 valid survey respondents’ knowledge, attitude and behavior about personal prevention and control was(79.38±7.70),among which the standard scores of knowledge, attitude and behavior were(73.54±10.71),(84.53±8.91)and(80.28±9.56);(2)Knowledge,beliefs and behavior were positively correlated with each other.(3)Single factor analysis showed that age, education level, presence of medical relatives, health status, per capita monthly household income, and medical payment method were statistically different in the total knowledge, attitude and practice score and each dimension(P<0.05);occupation was statistically different in the total knowledge, attitude and practice score, knowledge dimension and attitude dimension(P<0.001);(4)Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that education level, presence of medical relatives, and age were the influencing factors for the total score and each dimension of the knowledge, attitude and practice(P<0.05);the monthly per capita household income was the influencing factor for the total score and the knowledge and attitude dimension(P < 0.05);and occupation was the influencing factor for the knowledge dimension(P<0.05).3.Application study: This study completed a 6-week Wechat public account and short video health intervention for 280 community residents. The standard scores of the total score was(86.80±5.13),the standard scores of knowledge, attitude and behavior were(91.63±6.05),(90.60±5.03)and(81.57±8.23),and each dimension of the community residents’ personal prevention and control were higher than those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the Chi-square test showed that the correct rate of 15 items of the knowledge dimension increased after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The questionnaire on the current situation of community residents’ knowledge, attitude and practice in the prevention and control in the phase of normalized prevention and control of COVID-19 has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool to evaluate the current situation of community residents’ knowledge, attitude and practice in the prevention and control in the phase of normalized prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic.2.Community residents’ personal prevention and control knowledge, attitude and practice at a moderate and good level. There were weak points in the knowledge dimension, incomplete knowledge of personal protection, and poor knowledge of professional knowledge. The total score and each dimension score were influenced by factors such as education level, age, and whether there were medical relatives.3.The Wechat public account and short video health education for community residents on personal prevention and control COVID-19 is effective and can improve their personal prevention and control knowledge, beliefs and behaviors. |
