Objectives:This study developed the speech rehabilitation training content based on virtual reality technology by combined the current situation of the speech rehabilitation training mode in China,which made the speech rehabilitation training content more standardized,scientific and reasonable,and the training methods more innovative and diversified.Methods:(1)Literature review: by searching CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Sino Med,Web of science,Pub Med,Embase,CINAHL and Ovid,we learned the existing mode of combining virtual reality technology with speech rehabilitation,and worked out the first draft of speech rehabilitation training content based on virtual reality technology.(2)Delphi study: we consulted 15 experts in rehabilitation medicine and speech rehabilitation therapeutics.The expert authority coefficient and Kendall’s W coordination coefficient of expert opinions are used to analyze the reliability of this research.The concentration degree of expert opinions is used to calculate the mean and coefficient of variation.After modified the contents by following the experts’ suggestions,the final version of speech rehabilitation training based on virtual reality technology is developed.(3)Development and preliminary usability testing of speech rehabilitation training system based on virtual reality technology: the entire VR scene was developed and constructed using the Unity game engine.17 users were tested and evaluated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results:(1)Literature review: 2406 records from searches and 3 were supplemented by reference tracking were imported into an End Note library(End Note X9.1).1518 remained after duplicate checking.After reading the title and abstract,1470 literatures were excluded,38 literatures were excluded by searching the full text,and 10 literatures were finally included.(2)Delphi study: the expert respondent rate of were respectively71.43% and 100%;The expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence is 0.84;Kendall’s W coordination coefficient test of the two rounds was significant(P < 0.05).(3)Content modification: the initial content developed according to the literature review includes 6 modules(oral expression,oral comprehension,cognition,naming,calculation and comprehensive application modules)and 20 sub modules;according to the results of two rounds of Delphi study,we deleted the calculation module,merged the naming module into the oral expression module,deleted 3 sub modules,and finally retained 4 modules(oral expression,oral oral comprehensio,cognition and comprehensive application modules)and 17 sub modules.(4)Preliminary usability testing: this study conducted a preliminary usability testing on 5 aphasia patients,5 healthy volunteers,5 medical staff and 2 VR experts,with an average age of 39.53±16.54 years.All the subjects were satisfied with this software,and all the 5 aphasia patients expressed interest in using the new technology for speech rehabilitation.Conclusion:This study constructed the speech rehabilitation training content based on virtual reality technology,including four modules: oral expression,auditory comprehension,cognition and comprehensive application.By two rounds of Delphi study,the content was comprehensive,scientific and reliable.We developed the first speech rehabilitation training software based on virtual reality technology in China,which made the training model more innovative and diversified.
