Research On The Quality Evaluation And Optimization Path Of The Integrated Medical Care Service In Elderly Care Institutions

With the arrival of the silver wave,there is an urgent requirement for high-quality elderly care services.Although my country’s basic elderly care service system has been improved to a certain extent,the deep integration and development of elderly care and medical services still need to be improved.At present,some elderly care institutions are undergoing transformation and development,getting rid of the traditional old-age care model,and transforming to a combination of medical and elderly care.However,the quality and efficiency of medical and elderly care services provided by these organizations are not high.Based on this background,this paper evaluates the quality of medical care services in elderly care institutions in Province S,and at the same time proposes an optimized path for the quality of medical care services in elderly care institutions.First of all,this article summarizes the current research,explains the main concepts and related theories of the integration of medical and elderly care,explains the application of relevant research methods such as expert consultation and field research,and discusses the quality evaluation of the integrated medical and elderly care services.significance.Secondly,it introduces the development status of integrated medical and elderly care services,summarizes and analyzes the development history and supporting basis of integrated medical and elderly care,and proposes three main models of "embedded,cooperative,and shared".Thirdly,according to the structure-process-result three-dimensional theory,adhere to the principles of scientificity and completeness,etc.,construct the evaluation index system of integrated medical care service quality,scientifically and rationally measure the importance of each index and modify and improve the index system with weights.Analytical method assigns weight to indicators.Next,based on the perspective of service quality evaluation,the evaluation and analysis of the service quality of the combination of medical care and nursing is carried out.In response to the constructed indicator system,a field survey was conducted on 91 elderly care institutions,the data results were used to evaluate the quality of the integrated medical care services of the elderly care institutions,and current problems were pointed out.Through analysis,it can be seen that the overall level of service quality of integrated medical and elderly care services in the elderly care institutions in S Province is average,the development of regions is uneven,the concept of integrated medical care and elderly care has not been fully accepted,and the funding and talent security are not sufficient.The elderly care institutions are providing medical care and services.Management and mechanism construction still need to be improved.According to the evaluation results,a path to optimize the service quality of integrated medical and elderly care is proposed.Establish a new concept for the elderly and promote the balanced distribution of medical and nursing resources;integrate medical and nursing service links and build a medical and nursing service network;strengthen funds and talent guarantees to improve the construction of the medical and nursing service system;explore personalized medical and nursing service plans and strengthen institutional digital management;Improve the medical care management system and raise the level of medical care services in elderly care institutions.
