Clinical Observation Of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule In The Treatment Of G3A3 Stage Of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy With Qi And Yin Deficiency And Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule in treating patients with G3A3 stage 2 diabetic nephropathy with Qi-Yin deficiency and stasis,and to explore possible mechanisms of action,so as to provide new ideas and scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Chinese medicine.Method: Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria of G3A3 stage 2 diabetic nephropathy with Qi and Yin deficiency and stasis were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,30 patients each.The control group was given basic lifestyle modification,glucose control,lipid lowering and blood pressure lowering,while the treatment group was given basic treatment plus Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule(5 capsules each time,taken orally,3 times a day).Fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial glucose(2h PG),glycated haemoglobin(HbA1c),lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),creatinine(Cr),urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),urinary retinol binding protein(URBP),urinary haptoglobin creatinine ratio(UHCR)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 23.0.Results: General information and observation indexes of the two groups compared before treatment yielded P>0.05,which was comparable.After treatment,blood glucose(FBG,2h PG,Hb A1c),lipids(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C)and renal disease-related indicators(Cr,BUN,eGFR,UACR,URBP,UHCR)were better in the treatment group than before(P<0.01,or P<0.05),and there was an advantage in the treated group over the control group(P<0.05),except for HDL-C,BUN were excluded(P>0.05).The efficacy of the Chinese medical evidence and clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment showed that the overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group respectively,and both showed significant improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule can effectively reduce the symptoms of thirst and drinking,tiredness and weakness,limb pain and numbness in the treatment of type 2 diabetic kidney disease with Qi and Yin deficiency and stasis in stage G3A3,and can improve the symptom score.2.To a certain extent,Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule can play a role in lowering glucose and regulating lipids,reducing urine protein,and improving kidney function,and have more advantagescompared with the basic treatment of western medicine alone,which can improve clinical efficacy.
