The Rule Of Acupoint Selection And Medicinr Using In The Intervention Of Constipation By Acupoint Application: Analysis Of Acupoint And Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Latent Structure Model And Association Rules

[Objective] the latent structure analysis and association rules were used to explore the rule of acupoint selection and medicine using in the intervention of constipation by acupoint application,which provides evidence-based evidence for clinical application.[Methods] CNKI,Pub Med and other Chinese and English databases were searched for the research papers on acupoint application selection for constipation from database inception to Nov 2022.Lantern 5.0,SPSS23.0 and Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform(TCMISS)(v2.5)were used for the latent structure analysis,association rules analysis and cluster analysis.[Results] A total of 179 papers were included,involving 16644 patients,195 prescriptions,119 symptoms,25 acupoints and 115 medicines.Through the analysis of the latent structure model,we conclude that the common syndromes are heat-type constipation,constipation with qi stagnation,constipation with yang deficiency,constipation with yin deficiency,constipation with qi deficiency,constipation with blood deficiency.High frequency acupoints have Shenque,Tianshu,Zusanli,Guanyuan,Zhongwan and so on,the acupuncture points were mainly concentrated in the abdomen,lower limbs and back.The meridians are mainly concentrated in the ren meridian,Stomach Meridian of FootYangming,Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang.In the analysis of association rules,the Guanyuan → Tianshu has the highest support,and the Guanyuan + Shenque → Tianshu has the highest gain.A total of 5 latent variables were obtained by the latent structure analysis of the acupoints.The acupoints-symptoms includes Zhangmen,Shimen,dysphoria with vexing heat in chest,palms and soles,red cheeks,fingerprint purple sluggish and so on.There are three acupoints analyzed by new prescriptions,include Shenque,Dachangshu,Sanyinjiao,Zhigou,Shangjuxu and so on.High frequency medicines have Dahuang,Zhishi,Houpu,Mangxiao,Bingpian and so on.In the analysis of association rules,the Zhishi → Dahuang has the highest support and gain.Through the analysis of the latent structure model,we obtain Qingre Runxia medicine,Wentong Xiezhuo medicine,Xingqi Daozhi medicine,Yiqi Yunpi medicine,Yangxue Runchang medicine and Ziyin Runzao medicine.The medicines-symptoms includes Z1→ heat-type constipation,Qingre Runxia medicine;Z2 → constipation with qi stagnation,Xingqi Daozhi medicine;Z3 → constipation with qi deficiency,Yiqi Yunpi medicine;Z4 →constipation with yin deficiency,Ziyin Runzao medicine;Z5 → constipation with blood deficiency,Yangxue Runchang medicine;Z6 → constipation with yang deficiency,Wentong Xiezhuo medicine.The symptoms-acupoints-medicines include vexation,dysphoria with vexing heat in chest,palms and soles,insomnia → Sanyinjiao → Dihuang,Maidong and so on.There are five medicine new prescriptions,include Roucongrong,Danggui,Laifuzi,Xixin and so on.[Conclusions] Shenque,Tianshu,Zusanli,Guanyuan,Zhongwan,Dahuang,Zhishi,Houpu,Mangxiao,Bingpian are the main acupoint and medicine application in constipation intervention,and collocation of acupoints and medicines are chosen according to the specific syndrome type.The conclusion can provide reference for clinical practice.
