Clinical Observation Of Modified Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction And Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation Of Disorder Between Heart And Kidney

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction and with the addition of acupuncture in the treatment of premature ejaculation of disorder between heart and kidney.To verify the corresponding relationship between Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction and PE of disorder between heart and kidney,to provide a reference for in-depth study of the pathogenesis of PE of the type and exploring effective and systematic TCM therapies.Methods:From January 2022 to October 2022,60 patients with PE of disorder between heart and kidney who met the criteria in the male outpatient department of the Center for Reproduction of Anhui Provincial TCM Hospital were randomly divided into decoction group and combination group.30 people per group.The decoction group was treated with modified Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction.The combination group was treated with acupuncture three times a week besides decoction.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of IELT,PEDT,TCMSS and spouse’s sexual life satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:In the study,there was 1 case stopped because of a cold from the combination group and a substitute included immediately.A total of 60 cases were included in two groups in the end.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(1)IELT analysis: After treatment,the average IELT of two groups were significantly lengthened.The efficacy of the combination group more better and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)PEDT analysis: After treatment,the PEDT scores of two groups were significantly decreased.The efficacy of the combination group more better and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)TCMSS analysis: After treatment,the TCMSS scores of two groups were significantly decreased.The efficacy of the combination group more better and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Spouse’s sexual life satisfaction: After treatment,the scores of the satisfaction were significantly increased in two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).(5)General effective rates: in the decoction group,3 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.33 %;in the combination group,14 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,3cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.00 %.(6)Improvement rates of TCM syndrome: In the decoction group,2 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.00 %;in the combination group,4 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was93.33 %.Conclusion:Significant improvement of these indicators has proved the good efficacy of modified Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of PE of disorder between heart and kidney.And modified Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction combined with acupuncture can be effective more.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
