Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Hand Eczema With Cang Fu Shui Ji And Fu Zhi Qing Ointment

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Cangfushui combined with Fuzhiqing ointment in the treatment of chronic hand eczema.Methods:Seventy-five patients with chronic hand eczema who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were given skin Zhiqing ointment encapsulation treatment,the treatment group was also given cangshi lotion external washing,control group was given desonide cream external coating,the course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes of erythema,pimple,chapped,scale,area score,HECSI score,quality of life index score and itching/pain index score(NRS)were observed before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment in 2 groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.SPSS26.0 software was used to analyze the differences between the two groups.Results:(1)TCM symptoms,NRS and DLQI scores: After treatment,TCM symptoms score,pruritch/pain score(NRS)and life quality index score(DLQI)of 2 groups were decreased to varying degrees,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of above indexes in the treatment group was more significant(P < 0.05).(2)Symptoms and HECSI scores: HECSI scores and related indexes(erythema,papules,chaps,scales and area)were analyzed in the two groups after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment.At the end of 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of erythema,papules and skin lesions involved area between 2 groups(P > 0.05),while the scores of chapped and scaly group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of 8 weeks,erythema,papule,chapped,scale,area score and HECSI score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)Clinical curative effect: 8 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate was92.11% in the treatment group and 67.57% in the control group,and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);(4)Recurrence: 2 months after the end of treatment,the number of recurrence cases in the control group and the treatment group was 5 cases and 3 cases respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Cang Skin lotion combined with skin Zhiqing ointment encapsulation in the treatment of chronic hand eczema can effectively improve patients’ skin lesions and improve patients’ quality of life.The clinical efficacy is obviously better than the single use of western medicine treatment,and the recurrence rate is lower,no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion...
