With the development of paperless information technology,traditional paper health records have gradually been transformed into electronic health records(EHR).However,with the increasing number of electronic health records,the medical industry is facing problems such as improper storage of electronic cases,privacy leaks,and information islands.Therefore,how to store,manage,and share electronic health records and protect patient privacy has become an important issue in the development of the Internet of Medical(Io M).However,there are many problems with existing solutions,such as focusing on medical institutions,where patients have little decision-making power over their own electronic health records;Information barriers exist in various medical institutions,resulting in difficulties in data sharing;Data leakage leads to issues such as patient privacy disclosure.This thesis mainly conducts systematic research on the sharing of EHR data based on blockchain.The main research contents and achievements are as below:Firstly,a novel flexible,fine-grained access control scheme for EHR data based on blockchain is proposed.This scheme focuses on patients and combines cryptography technologies such as symmetric encryption,CP-ABE scheme,and double key regression to achieve fine-grained access control from the dimensions of data generation time,data user attributes,access times,and access cycle.The scheme also proposes a token segmentation scheme that can be used for multi-party consultation.This scheme is efficient and flexible,achieving secure authorization delegation between doctors,and improving system efficiency.The security and efficiency of this scheme are verified through security analysis and experiments.Secondly,a collaborative dual chain electronic health record security sharing scheme is proposed,which utilizes technologies such as chameleon hashing,editable blockchain,and data desensitization algorithms to solve the problem of data inconsistency across networks.This scheme establishes a dual chain-private chain and public chain-to store source data and desensitization data,respectively.The data desensitization algorithm design of this scheme is concise and efficient,and has low overhead in a blockchain environment.Finally,based on the security sharing of electronic health records,a blockchain based electronic health record security sharing system is designed and implemented.The system realizes data chaining,data desensitization,data sharing,and other operations through a visual interface.It can also view transaction details,wallet details,and so on.The operation is user-friendly,concise,and easy to understand,making it convenient for users to use.
