Clinical Observation Of Molian Qubai Decoction Combined With Fire Needle And 308 Nm Excimer Light In The Treatment Of Vitiligo With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Molian Qubai Decoction combined with fire needle and 308 nm excimer light in treating vitiligo of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and its influence on serum complement C3,the clinical efficacy anderum complement of Molian Qubai Decoction combined with fire needle and 308 nm excimer light in treating vitiligo of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were discussed.Methods:In this study,80 patients diagnosed with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group,each comprising 40 cases.The treatment group was administered Molian Qubai Decoction in combination with fire needle and308 nm excimer light,while the control group received fire needle therapy combined with 308 nm excimer light.Both groups underwent a three-course treatment,with each course lasting four weeks.The changes in skin lesion area,skin pigment score,TCM syndrome score,skin disease quality of life index(DLQI)score,and serum complement C3 index were carefully monitored and recorded both before and after the treatment.Subsequently,the significant efficiency and effective rate of the two groups were compared.The collected data were then subjected to statistical analysis using SPSS 27.0to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment regimen.Results:1.Statistical analysis revealed no significant differences in basic data and pre-treatment observation index data between the treatment and control groups(P>0.05),demonstrating clinical comparability.2.Clinical overall efficacy: The treatment group had a clinical effective rate of 79.48% and a total effective rate of 92.30%,while the control group had a clinical effective rate of 61.54% and a total effective rate of 84.61%.The treatment group exhibited significantly better clinical and total effective rates compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.Vitiligo lesion area: Intra-group comparison showed that the vitiligo lesion area in both groups decreased significantly after each course of treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups revealed a significant difference in the area of skin lesions only after three courses of treatment,with the treatment group exhibiting better improvement(P<0.05).4.Pigment score of skin lesions: Intra-group comparison demonstrated that the pigment score of white mottle wind skin lesions increased significantly after each course of treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups showed that the pigment scores of skin lesions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after two and three courses of treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome score: Intra-group comparison demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in the treatment group’s TCM syndrome score after three courses of treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Comparison between groups showed that the treatment group had a significantly more significant improvement in TCM syndrome scores after three courses of treatment(P<0.05).6.Dermatology quality of life index(DLQI)score: Intra-group comparison demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in the DLQI score in both groups after three courses of treatment(P<0.05),with the treatment group exhibiting a more significant improvement in comparison between groups(P<0.05).7.Serum complement C3: Intra-group comparison demonstrated that the serum complement C3 levels in both groups increased significantly after three courses of treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups showed that the treatment group had a more significant increase in serum complement C3 levels after three courses of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:The curative effect of Molian Qubai Decoction combined with fire needle and 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo is obvious.It can make the skin lesions of vitiligo recover faster,improve the syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,improve the level of complement C3,promote the balance of immune recovery,and reduce the impact of vitiligo on the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
