With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,the incidence rate of chronic diseases is getting higher and higher,especially among the elderly.In this regard,the State takes appropriate measures to alleviate the economic pressure caused by chronic diseases,so as to ensure the health of the people.Policies such as "double ticket system","4+7" wholesale procurement and "central government procurement" have been implemented for the pharmaceutical industry to promote the development of the pharmaceutical industry,help enterprises reduce costs.However,this has also brought problems to relevant companies.Non-profit health centres are also part of and play a central role in public health and health care systems.He has been responsible for publicizing diseases and health,providing preferential treatment for residents,reducing the total national medical and health expenditure,and reducing financial pressure.According to China’s new chronic disease prevention and treatment policy,a special community group has been established to help diagnose and treat chronic diseases.Although the company’s innovative development model is based on the donation model of large hospitals,it does not conform to the nature of urban medical centers.Therefore,how to adapt to the actual development of medical centers and improve the initial marketing methods is a problem.On this basis,combine marketing theory and value chain theory to conduct theoretical research,and then conduct a questionnaire survey.To understand reality.In this way,the company helps to optimize the existing marketing strategy,better integrate into the community marketing model,and support the development of the company.In addition to theoretical research,the work combines the current development of the company’s chronic disease community team,uses field research methods,randomly selects local sales representatives,interviews them with the prepared interview sketch,and then analyzes the existing problems and reasons.In addition,empirical research methods are also used to help enterprises formulate data-based optimization strategies.It is recommended that enterprises make full use of regional connectivity,carry out differentiated advertising and demonstration,optimize the community marketing management system,and establish a community marketing interaction system.The company can continuously improve its marketing strategy in terms of internal organizational structure,staff quality,foreign policy and financial support.This research not only enriches the existing theoretical research on social marketing of chronic disease products,but also puts forward improvement measures based on practical problems to help enterprises improve existing marketing strategies and achieve economic growth.This has practical significance for the development of enterprises.In addition,the social marketing strategy of chronic disease products is very conducive to the development of the national pharmaceutical industry.It is an innovation to coordinate all aspects and formulate marketing strategies with practical value to help the development of the pharmaceutical industry.
