Objective Based on the hope theory, this paper constructs a nursing intervention scheme for patients with phobia after unilateral total knee arthroplasty, and discusses the impacts of the scheme on phobia, hope, exercise self-efficacy and knee pain in patients with phobia after unilateral total knee arthroplasty.Method Consult relevant literature, summarize relevant research results, through group discussion, take the hope theory as the framework, build a nursing intervention plan for patients with phobia after unilateral total knee arthroplasty, around the sense of hope, goal, path belief and willingness belief, and improve the determined plan through pre experiment. The patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were grouped according to the time of hospitalization. The patients hospitalized from May 2021 to August 2021 were the experimental group and the patients hospitalized from September2021 to November 2021 were the control group. The control group was given the routine treatment, nursing and rehabilitation scheme of total knee arthroplasty, and the experimental group adopted the nursing intervention scheme based on hope theory on the basis of the routine scheme. The level of phobia, hope, exercise self-efficacy and pain of the two groups were scored by general situation questionnaire, short form of phobia evaluation,Herth hope index, exercise self-efficacy scale and pain NRS score. The level of phobia, hope, exercise self-efficacy and knee pain of the two groups were compared before and 1 month after the intervention.Result 1.Level of phobia: before intervention, the scores of the control group and the experimental group were(28.75 ± 1.46)and(29.25 ± 2.17),respectively,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).One month after intervention, the scores of the control group and the experimental group were(22.47 ± 2.51)and(20.56 ± 1.70),respectively,with significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Hope level: before the intervention, the scores of the control group and the experimental group were(31.69 ± 2.22)and(30.88 ± 1.68),respectively,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).One month after intervention, the scores of the control group and the experimental group were(33.44 ± 1.98)and(34.44 ± 1.65),respectively,with significant difference(P< 0.05).3.Exercise self-efficacy: before the intervention, the scores of the control group and the experimental group were(48.31 ± 2.73)and(47.59 ± 3.72),respectively,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).One month after intervention, the scores of the control group and the experimental group were(55.52 ± 3.62)and(59.53 ± 4.73),respectively,with significant difference(P < 0.05).4.Knee pain score: before intervention, the scores of the control group and the experimental group were(4.22 ± 1.29)and(4.53 ± 1.32),respectively,with no significant difference(P> 0.05).One month after intervention, the scores of the control group and the experimental group were(2.63 ± 0.71)and(2.16 ± 0.96),respectively,with significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusions Based on the hope theory, the construction of nursing intervention scheme for patients with phobia after unilateral total knee arthroplasty can reduce the level of phobia, improve the level of hope and sense of exercise self-efficacy,reduce knee pain, and have certain clinical significance and value for patients with phobia after unilateral total knee arthroplasty, which is worthy of popularization and application. |
