| Objective:Professor Li Jingxiao’s medical cases of coronary heart disease are collected and compiled using the TCM heritage support platform.To summarise Professor Li Jingxiao’s understanding of the etiology and path ogenesis of coronary heart disease,to summarise the characteristics of his medication and his thinking on the treatment of the disease,and to refine his experience and academic thinking on the treatment of the disease.Methods:Medical records of patients with allergic cough treated by Professor Li Jingxiao’s clinic from September 2020 to August 2021 were collected,and a total of 354 records were screened to meet the entry criteria.The collected information was entered into the Excel template provided by the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Transmission Support Platform(V3.0)" software,and then the data was uploaded and the software was run to perform gender analysis,symptom analysis,tongue and pulse analysis,herbal flavor and efficacy,frequency analysis,medication association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1.In terms of gender: 159 males(45%)and 195 females(55%)were included.In terms of age of the patients,12.5%,20.83%,36.90%,23.22% and 6.55% of the patients were aged 40-49,50-59,60-69,70-79and80-89 years old respectively.2.As for symptoms:weakness,panic,chest tightness,shortness of breath,chest pain,poor sleep,dry mouth and discomfort in the precordial region are the most common,which are consistent with the common symptoms of coronary heart disease in clinical practice.As for the tongue,the most common sign is "purple and dark tongue with white smooth coating";as for the pulse,the most common sign is "string pulse".3.In terms of the nature and taste of drugs:the common properties of herbs are,in order of preference,warm,cold and flat.The common tastes of herbs are,in order of taste,sweet,bitter and pungent.The co mmonly used herbal medicines are in the order of lung meridian and heart meridian.The commonly used categories of Chinese herbal medicines are: The most commonly used medicines are deficiency tonic medicines,accounting for 38.10% of all medicines.4.In the association rule analysis: the "number of support" was set to 270 and the confidence level was set to 0.95 to obtain the medication pattern of coronary heart disease prescriptions,which involved 8 drugs,namely,roasted licorice,astragalus,prunus ginseng,salvia,schisandra,maitong,ginseng and salvia.5.In the cluster analysis: based on the k-means algorithm,the "number of clusters" was set to 6,resulting in 6 core drug combinations,D anshen,Mai Dong,Wu Wei Zi,Ginseng,Sha Shen,Prince’s ginseng,H uang Qi,Roasted licorice;Mai Dong,Wu Wei Zi,Huang Qi,Roasted li corice,Sha Shen,Bitter ginseng,Prince’sginseng,Danshen;Wu Wei Zi,Princ e’sginseng,Danshen,maitong,roastedlicorice,ginseng,astragalus,salvia;roasted licorice,wuweizi,danshen,maitong,astragalus,prince’sginseng,salvia,ginseng;roastedlicorice,ginseng,wu weizi,maitong,astragalus,salvia,prince’sginseng,jiaohaw;roastedlicorice,maitong,wuweizi,salvia,prince’sginseng,bitterginseng,ginseng,astragalus.Conclusion:1.According to Professor Li,coronary heart disease is characterized by deficiency of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,phlegm,stagnation of blood and cold condensation,and Yang with a slight Yin string as the basic pathogenesis,and by a mixture of deficiency and reality.2.Professor Li believes that most coronary heart diseases have a disharmony between qi,blood,yin and yang,so he proposes to harmonize qi and blood,adjust yin and yang,and take into account the symptoms in treatment.3.Professor Li’s treatment of this disease follows the overall treatment philosophy of seeking the root of the disease,which is based on the basic treatment of benefiting Qi and invigorating Blood,supplemented with medicines to clear heat,nourish Yin,nourish Blood,dispel phlegm,move Qi and warm Yang,taking into account the characteristics of the patient’s disease.In combination with the characteristics of the patient’s symptoms,drugs are used to calm the mind,revive the pulse and calm palpitations,regulate the liver and Qi,strengthen the spleen and stomach,and eliminate stagnation.To suit the needs of the patient’s condition.4.In the treatment of coronary heart disease,Professor Li starts from the classics and makes use of self-prescribed prescriptions.Starting from the nature and flavour of the drugs,he pays attention to the relationship between the drugs and is good at using drug pairs.He also pays attention to the use of counter-adjuvant methods to control the bias of drugs,such as the use of cold and warm,and the use of drugs with a more moderate nature,paying attention to the protection of the spleen and stomach. |
