Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of the method of dispersing wind and unblocking collaterals in treating mild to moderate patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma(wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),as well as its impact on serum IL-13 and Fe NO levels and lung function. Methods: 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were hospitalized in the respiratory department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into a treatment group and a control group based on a random number method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given Xinbi Kedu Bao,while the treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Shufeng Tongluo Fang orally on the basis of the control group. The two groups were observed for two courses of medication,a total of 14 days.Observe and record the changes in TCM single symptom scores, total scores, curative effect, serum IL-13 and Fe NO levels, lung function indicators FEV1 and PEF,and ACT scores before and after treatment in the two groups.Use SPSS26.0 software to compare and analyze the data.Results:1.Both groups of treatment can improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the TCM syndrome score, and the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in the performance of dyspnea, chest tightness, shortness of breath, cough, nasal itching, sneezing or runny nose, and blood stasis(P<0.05).2.Both groups have significant therapeutic effects, and the total effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Both groups of treatment can reduce the serum levels of IL-13 and Fe NO in patients, and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.Both groups of treatment can improve the lung function indicators FEV1%and PEF%,and the improvement in the treatment group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Both groups of treatment can improve the patient’s ACT score, and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of dispersing wind and dredging collaterals has good clinical efficacy in treating mild to moderate patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma(wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),which can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients, improve clinical symptoms, and improve their quality of life.2.The method of dispersing wind and dredging collaterals can reduce the levels of serum IL-13 and Fe NO in mild and moderate patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma(wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),and alleviate airway inflammation.3.The method of dispersing wind and dredging collaterals can improve the levels of FEV1 and PEF in mild and moderate patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma(wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),alleviate airway obstruction, and improve pulmonary ventilation function... |
