Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Cold-dampness Obstruction Type With The Combination Of Sanhan Qushi Tongluo Decoction And Acupuncture Therapy

Objective: To observe the effect of Sanhan Qushi Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on TCM syndrome score,laboratory indexes and efficacy evaluation indexes in patients with cold-dampness obstruction type rheumatoid arthritis,and to explore the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with cold-dampness obstruction type rheumatoid arthritis,so as to provide clinical evidence and new ideas for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with TCM.Methods: Sixty-two patients with cold-dampness obstruction type rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with iguratimod tablets 25 mg,twice a day for 8 weeks.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Sanghan Qushi Tongluo decoction,one dose of 300 ml per day,warm medication after breakfast and dinner,combined with acupuncture therapy: Dazhui(double),Shenshu(double),Zusanli(double),Hegu(double),Houxi(double),Taichong(double)and Taixi(double)were selected.After routine disinfection of the acupuncture points,the acupuncture needles of 0.35 mm × 40 mm were used to enter the acupuncture points,and each acupuncture point was treated with the flat tonic and flat diarrhea method,and each acupuncture point was performed for 1 minute,and the acupuncture needles were left for 30 minutes and then discharged.The TCM syndrome score,laboratory indexes(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody,rheumatoid factor),pain index(using VAS visual analog score)and disease activity index(using DAS28 score)of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and calculated.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the collected data,so as to determine the therapeutic effect of Sanghan Qushi Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold-dampness obstruction type.Results:1.After treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody(anti-CCP antibody),rheumatoid factor(RF),VAS visual analogue score and DAS28 score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM clinical syndrome scores of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).TCM curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the safety indicators between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:1.Sanghan Qushi Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy has significant clinical effect on rheumatoid arthritis with cold-dampness obstruction type.2.Sanhan Qushi Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody,rheumatoid factor with cold-dampness obstruction type.3.Sanhan Qushi Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score,DAS28 score and pain VAS score of rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold-dampness obstruction type.
