Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of floating acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on pes anserina bursitis by comparing the clinical treatment effect of floating acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation with that of traditional acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation,so as to explore a safe and efficient treatment method for the treatment of pes anserina bursitis.Methods:Seventy-two patients who met the diagnostic criteria were included in this study, and all cases were derived from patients attending the outpatient clinic of the Department of Orthopedic Traumatology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2022 and December 2022.The patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups using the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given basic treatment of herbal fumigation once a day.The observation group was given floating acupuncture treatment along with basic treatment, and the control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment, both once every 2 days. The treatment duration was 2 weeks. The treatment results were evaluated using visual analogue score(VAS)of pain, knee mobility,Lysholm score index, and clinical efficiency, and the improvement of pain, swelling and knee mobility were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The data recorded in the study were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results:1.A total of 72 patients were collected in the study. There were 36 cases in the observation group and 36 cases in the control group, and a total of 69 cases were finally included in the statistical analysis, including 35 cases in the observation group(1 case of shedding)and 34 cases in the control group(2 cases of shedding). No adverse reactions occurred during the study.2.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, gender and disease duration(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable. After treatment, the visual analogue score(VAS)of pain in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After the treatment, the knee mobility index of both groups improved significantly compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the knee mobility index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After the treatment, the Lysholm score index of patients in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the Lysholm score index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.When comparing the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group(88.57%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Floating acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy can effectively improve clinical symptoms and knee joint movement function, and is better than conventional acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy.2.Floating acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy is safe, simple to operate and has significant efficacy, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
