Clinical Effect Of Cross Electro-nape-acupuncture On Ventilators Dependent Patients With Severe Cerebral Hemorrhage And Stroke-related Pneumonia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of cross electro-nape-acupuncture in the treatment of ventilators dependent patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage and stroke-related pneumonia,explore the effectiveness of cross electro-nape-acupuncture in the treatment of such patients,and provide innovative methods and reliable experimental research basis for the treatment of ventilators dependent patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage and stroke-related pneumonia.Method:Sixty-three subjects meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into three experimental groups,namely,nape acupuncture group,electrical needle group and cross electro-nape-acupuncture group,with 21 participants in each group.The basic treatment includes symptomatic anti-infection treatment,phlegm removal treatment,resuscitation and brain awakening treatment,respiratory tract and daily nursing,blood pressure lowering,blood lipid lowering,rehabilitation treatment,routine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and other individualized symptomatic treatment.The three groups were treated with the same basic acupuncture,symptomatic treatment and basic nursing,and the nape acupuncture group was selected to acupuncture Yifeng point and Fengchi point on both sides.In the electro-nape-acupuncture group,acupuncture was performed at both Yifeng point and Fengchi point,and the negative pole of the same electrode line was connected to Fengchi point,the positive pole was connected to Yifeng point on the same side,and the opposite side was connected as above.The cross electro-nape-acupuncture group two electrode lines were cross-connected by acupuncture at both Yifeng point and Fengchi point,and the positive electrode of the same electrode line was connected to the negative electrode of Yifeng point and Fengchi point on the opposite side.Parameters of acupuncture therapy instrument were selected as continuous wave,intensity was selected as 6,frequency was selected as 1.5HZ,single treatment time was 30 minutes,acupuncture was performed twice a day from Monday to Saturday,acupuncture was performed once on Sunday,a total of 28days of treatment,data of patients who were successfully offline were collected on the offline day,and data of patients who were not successfully offline were collected on the 28th day.The Pa O₂,Pa CO₂,TF_di,PSI and GCS scores of the three groups were compared before and after treatment,and the results of the three groups after treatment were compared in pairs to explore the optimal solution of the treatment effect of the three groups on ventilators dependent patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage and stroke-related pneumonia.Results:1.After statistical analysis,there were no statistical differences in gender,age,course of disease,Pa O2,Pa CO2,TF_di,PSI score and GCS score among the three groups before treatment（P>0.05）,indicating that the subjects in the three groups were clinically comparable.2.Comparison of scale scores before and after treatment in the nape acupuncture group,electro-nape-acupuncture group and cross electro-nape-acupuncture group showed that TF_di,Pa O2 and GCS scores were all increased,while Pa CO2 and PSI scores were all decreased.All scale scores in the three groups were statistically significant before and after treatment.These results suggest that the three treatment methods can promote ventilator dependence patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage and apoplexy-associated pneumonia to be taken off line.3.The results of the three groups of experimental subjects after treatment were compared in pairs by one-way analysis of variance,and the scores of Pa O2,Pa CO2,TF_di,PSI score and GCS score（P<0.05）were statistically different between the cross electro-nape-acupuncture group and the electro-nape-acupuncture group.Compared with the nape acupuncture group,Pa O2,Pa CO2,TF_di,PSI score and GCS score were statistically different（P<0.05）.Pa O2,Pa CO2,TF_diand PSI scores（P<0.05）were statistically different between the electro nape acupuncture group and the nape acupuncture group,while GCS scores（P>0.05）were not statistically different.The success rate of ventilator withdrawal in the cross electro-nape-acupuncture group was 80%,the electro nape acupuncture group was65%and the nape acupuncture group was 55%,respectively.Combined with the mean score of the scale after treatment and the final success rate of each group,the treatment effect of the cross electro-nape-acupuncture group was better than the electro nape acupuncture group,and the nape acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of ventilators dependent patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage and stroke-related pneumonia,cross electro-nape-acupuncture,electro nape acupuncture group and nape acupuncture group can promote their offline.2.Cross electro-nape-acupuncture has a better effect in promoting off-line treatment for ventilators dependent patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage,stroke-related pneumonia.
