Objective: Analysis of relevant factors affecting the prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods: Collect 127 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received rt PA intravenous thrombolysis treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023,and retrospectively analyze clinical data, including epidemiological data, risk factors for stroke onset, pre hospital emergency treatment,in hospital diagnosis and treatment, and post discharge follow-up.Determine the patient’s prognosis based on the m RS score of 3months of onset, with a score of 0-2 indicating a good prognosis.97 patients were included,The m RS score of 3-5 indicates poor prognosis, including 30 cases. Results:Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that WBC(OR=1.36,95%CI: 1.14-1.63,P=0.001),HCY(OR=1.24,95% CI: 1.12-1.38,P<0.001),NLR(OR=1.32,95% CI: 1.10-1.58,P=0.003),PLR(OR=1.01,95% CI: 1.01-1.02,P=0.002)The history of atrial fibrillation(OR=5.93,95% CI: 1.42-24.81,P=0.015)and other indicators are all risk factors that affect the prognosis. When statistically significant indicators are included in the ROC curve,HCY(AUC=0.84,95% CI: 0.75-0.92),PLR(AUC=0.88,95% CI:0.83-0.94),and NLR(AUC=0.88,95% CI: 0.82-0.94)can be used as more significant indicators to predict the prognosis of IVT.Conclusion:Indicators such as WBC,NLR,PLR,history of atrial fibrillation, and HCY are risk factors for the prognosis of IVT patients.Indicators such as NLR,PLR,and HCY can predict the prognosis of IVT patients to a certain extent.High WBC,NLR,PLR,HCY before IVT or a history of concomitant atrial fibrillation may lead to poor prognosis in IVT patients. These indicators can provide reference for clinical physicians and predict the prognosis of IVT patients at admission.
