| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Kijingtong decoction in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome. Methods:A total of 64 patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(n= 32)and treatment group(n = 32).The control group was treated with pregabalin 75mg/time,2 times/day,and the treatment group was treated with Qijingtong decoction 200 m L on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. At the same time, the changes of clinical symptoms, signs, visual analogue scale(VAS),sensory conduction velocity(SCV)and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. The obtained data were statistically analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistic26.0.Results:(1)After treatment, the visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain in the two groups was effective(P < 0.05),but the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment, the median nerve sensory conduction velocity(SCV)of the treatment group was improved compared with that before treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, both groups were found to be effective, but the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)After treatment, the total scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment, but the treatment group was better than the control group in improving limb pain, cold limbs, soft numbness of limbs, shortness of breath and fatigue(P < 0.05).Conclusion : Kejingtong prescription is effective in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome. |
